Hello all!
Okay, I have this portable battery pack I purchased from ebay of course for less than $20. It's cheap and does what it is supposed to. I've been using it for my usb pass thrus when I don't care to drain my cr123 batteries in my mods. I thought once I first got it in April, how it would be nice to just modify it to be a juice box since it was already a good candidate.
Well, I just never got around to it till now. I didn't realize just how simple it would be, but I went ahead and opened it and wow, piece of cake.
I added a 901 connector into it, now it can be used as a mega power supply for my atty or if the battery has gone low, I can insert the usb ipod charger into it and continue on vaping essentially converting it to a USB pass thru.
Because it still has a USB output, I can also use a USB pass thru of another model and feed off of the power source or charge my phone via the power pack and still vape at the same time!
I couldn't come up with anything better, (other than finding something with more mAh!!lol)
The battery pack is 2000mAh capacity which lasts me about 8-12 hours before needing to be charged...but then again, this is aproximate since I still vape thru it while charging at times.

If you decide to go this route and find them cheaper, please let me know...I need to stock up.
Yay!!! Take the guessing game away and hit the battery check button to find out how much juice you have left!!
I wish I had put the connector at the bottom...it would have not only made more sense to do so, but would have been safer in the event that liquid should seep out of the atty into the charger inputs. But I'll do that on the next one.
I would have shown you the innards...but I glued the case shut because I broke one of the latching clips trying to figure out how to get it open.
I also left the voltage output at 5.5v...actually, it's only 5.2, so the listing lied a little. I prefer the hot and harsh throat hits.
Also, for those who may be concerned, it is PCB protected....in fact I think that it may be a little too sensitive. It has a safety shut off which happens sometimes when inserting a usb device or pass thru. Only way to get it back on is to insert it into the charging port so that the safety feature resets.
