How's everything in NotCigs land? I just popped in to share a picture or two of one of the things I've been up to lately. Moorea talked me into coming up with a way to do tanks in wood veneers. I did a handful of them that I'm about to send to her but here's the one I did for me.

This one is actually a wooden sleeve that can be slid on and off of the tank.

Just a suggestion Mist.....how about a wooden dowel for protection?

I'm going to take mine to the hardware store to try different dowel sizes but I don't think any stock sizes will fit perfectly. They fit nicely on a piece of 3/4" copper pipe (which is just under 7/8") so I may just ship it on a piece of that.

No, that was me. I did that for cba191. As far as I know I'm the only person crazy enough to be doing this.
