Ok, this is what has happened. I went to the mall and bought 2 kits from Smoking Everywhere for 350 dollars. I have 2 atomizers and 3 bats with 2 chargers and some carts. Well, I recently got online and ordered some juice after realizing that I have gotten robbed for my kits with NO REFUNDS on the reciept! :( Anyhow this is what is killing me.

My cigs used to smoke VERY GOOD. I mean I could take a half a second puff and I would smoke out a room. I think one of my atomizers went out, so I took it back up to the kiosk at the mall and they gave me a new one. Well, now, neither one of my cigs are working at all. I can't get hardly ANY SMOKE out of them. My carts are full, and I have tested my atomizer with a meter, thanks to the sticky in the forum...

Can I test my battery or my charger? I don't know but something is not working out. My old atty used to BLOW some smoke! I mean way more smoke than my wifes 510. Please someone help me because I am about to go insane!!!!

I'm still trying to get past that your SE made more vapor than a 510!?

We got cheapo yet expensive SE-style PVs at first. My husband's inexpicibly stopped working. Turned out that the charger wasn't charging anymore, even though the light indicator was on.

Seriously, those things are known for their poor quality. If you keep trying to make them work, you'll probably just give up and go back to analogs.

I would suggest looking around the forums and getting a better quality PV. The 510 is a great workhorse. Maybe your wife had a lower nicotine content and didn't provide the vapor and throat hit you wanted? Experiment with PG vs. VG, filler materials and nicotine levels and I'm sure you'll be happier with the 510 than the SE. There's also the 901 and 801. Otherwise, you're looking to get into mods, which deviate greatly from the analog look/feel.

My guess is that 3 batterys aren't going to go all at once. It's probably your charger.

If it is any consolation to you, many of us started out the same way. I spent almost 130 for my first e-cig at a smoke shop. It didn't last very long but you know what? It offered enough promise of getting off the cigs that I found this website and and went on to purchase the 510 which initially didn't really do it for me until I started getting tips from the good people here. And now, I have no desire to for a real cig and that is huge to me. I figure the 130 was money well spent.

So you have three choices. You can go back to the analogs. You can continue to take back the faulty parts and try to keep it going, or you can move on and find something more reliable that will satisfy you. Either way, if you are off the cigs it is a win win as far as I can see and eventually the money you save by not buying analogs will take care of your initial added investment. ;) Just my humble opinion... and good luck to ya!

I couldn't believe it either. The 510 was supposed to be the workhorse but it don't work for me. I am serious about the smoke I was getting from the Smoking Everywhere cig. I mean it would smog out a room! I got more smoke from that thing than a 5 min drag on a analog. Whew...I loved it. it put the 510 to shame. I wish I could just find out that would work out. I am already back to smoking a couple of analogs a day and it is VERY disappointing! Ugh...

Not sure how to test the charger? I have a voltemeter and I tested the attys. Tested the battery and it said something like 25-26. Not sure what else to do now except look for another device. I am going to do that, but I sure would like to find out what the problem is with this SE. Actually I got one batter to work and blow smoke. I will post a video and show. Any ideas how to test the charger?

howdy Cash;

It's sad you paid that price, but it's over now, and time to get those things working cheaply. The SE Gold is a model RN4081 with SE's name branded on it. The 4081 is fairly inexpensive to keep running. Parts are surprisingly cheap for them, and the attys are really pretty tough, and will tolerate low and high voltage.

There is a 4081 specific Forum here;
RN 4081 *Super Mini* - e-cigarette-forum.com • The place for electronic cigarette reviews, news and chat

The attys work best when kept wet. You may hear a hissing sound but that's OK. If it gurgles like a toilet flushing, it's flooded, and will have to be blown out.

Technique is important, and as you get more experienced, you'll get longer life, more vapor, and more hit.

Takes time, but we can work it out.

Cheers;

Thanks alot for the replies. Especially thanks to Jim. I really hope that we can get this thing working like it was because I was vaping out a my whole computer screen in one hit. I have been testing everything all day and it is not going good. Don't know what it is that is wrong. I've tested all 3 batteries with both atomizers on 3 different carts (one super wet, one wet, and the other is what came in the cart with the kit) and none of them hit. The atties tested good. One 3.7 the other 3.1 so I don't think it is them. The batteries still have the light on the end that light up on them, so I don't know if it is them because it does light up.... I'm just so confused.

It would be different if I had never got them to vaping the way that I described because there is NO exageration when I say how much vapor I was getting. But geeeeezz...

Mary Kay, yes, I went to walmart and got the Humco (I think) brand USP and mixed it half and half with my liquid, and for some reason it made my wife sick, but didn't bother me. I am going to have to get the other kind that is mentioned on the forum from somewhere... not sure where because I will have to do some research.

Anyhow, I'm still wondering how I could test my batteries to see if they are still in top condition. Any ideas?

Early on I had 3 batteries and none of them would hold a charge. I thought I had a bad charger and my supplier offered to send me a new one.

But before I got her email I unplugged the charger from the 6 plug power strip and plugged it into a wall outlet. Now it worked just fine! I never knew I could have a faulty plug on a power strip that lit up the LED on the charger but wasn't strong enough to actually charge a battery! I just assumed a faulty outlet would not work at all, rather than just not have enough power!
