I recently made an order for a 30ml bottle of Strawberries N Cream at a great price over the Mothers Day weekend with a nice discount. It shipped a few days later and was looking forward to it. I received the shipment a few days later on the 17th. Like all my vape mail I went through to make sure I got it all or it was exactly what I ordered. I had already been pleasantly surprised to have received 3 extra 10ml bottles to sample. The issue and not so much a problem arose when I noticed that bottle of Strawberries N Cream was also a 10ml having ordered a 30ml.
I went to Killer Liquids website used their email address and sent them and email to let them know my order number and what the issue was. I had a response inside of an hour apologizing for the error, thanking me for my business, and promising me they would correct it and get me out another right away.
Twenty four hours later I got a follow up email that my order had been shipped. That order arrived today. I expected to open it and just have the 30ml bottle. Not the case. I opened it and not only was it the 30ml bottle but three more 10ml sample bottles. WOW!!
While I personally have owned and ran very customer centered businesses I know what really good customer service and communication is. Killerliquids.com has both of those nailed! Even though this whole thing started as a minor error that lets face it can be generally annoying when it happens has turned into me sitting down and giving them some serious kuddos.
Give them some business and even if you have never tried their juice its worth the risk with most of their 10ml starting at just $3.00. They have some great juice. They offer 10ml all the way up to 240ml sizes, extra flavor shots, 0 to 24mg nicotine, and their service and communication before and after the sale are EXEMPLARY!!!!
