Too often, we never take the time and effort to say THANK YOU when someone truly goes above and beyound. I could merely write one sentence saying :

"I was impacted during Hurricane Irene the East Coast suffered through, and

Brent at HoosierEcigSupply.com

sent me a Hurricane Care Package Sunday when mine was stolen. WOW"

while that's all true, it's a lame thank you, so I hope you dont mind if I babble a bit to explain.
Please excuse all the typos and horrid grammar, I'm very tired.
Someone like this is worthy of our business I think.

I'm new to vaping, a few months of using a Joye eGo and Dripping some good-juices.
I was a 20yr 1-2 pack a day smoker and quit in April 2011.
As I"m sure anyone living in the US knows, the East Coast suffered a very serious Hurricane this past weekend, and I knew I'd be spending time visiting very close to a low level where damage was likely.

A few days ago, I was visiting a friend at VA Hospital, and a visitor stole my ego / atty / 30ml of new juice from VR - lol; I know it may shock some vapers here, but there are actually some of us who only use-have one (1) PV device. nor do we have lots of juice, or hardware lying about.

Well, I tried to find a vendor near me who had stock, out of luck, or no call backs.
Someone suggested Brent at HoosierEcigSupply.com ; where there's a real human answering the phone (and able to help newbies like me out).
I called him planning to order something new but similiar, a KGO kit which Brent very kindly took the time to explain why he liked it better than the E-Power device.
However, no current stock in the KGO until at least a week.
And we chat about the upcoming east coast hurricane

No problem I thought I had some old ego stuff to use and I check my hurricane emergency box, and laughed when I saw an entire carton of smokes from a few years ago, along with flashlight, batteries, sterno stove, etc.

Well, Hurricane Irene was much worse than I thought it would be
, 80mph winds, flooding over tops of cars, ... I literally watched a 10foot tree get pulled out of the Park and sailed through a car. I respect Mother Nature, respect the sea.
My last "working" eGo battery and last bottle of "I dont like it, but it's ok" Juice :
literally sucked out of my hand during that 80mph wind

So later on Saturday I email Brent a simple question:
"..I know you said no KGO for a few days, remind me again, when are you getting them in" ,
(expecting an answer on Monday)
but a few hours later he answered back and then a little later,
".....I see you have one PINK kgo battery, and I dont care I'll even use a bright Pink one, lol, but can it work on a Ego charger? not advised? ok, thanks.......

and we email back and forth a bit.

Around Saturday midnite EST, when I was up babysitting a dog/puppy who kept crying from the scary storm; Brent emailed a simple "checking up that you are ok"

oh - please note, we've never done business before.
I am not some long term client of his,
before last week's phone call asking about KGO stock, we never knew the other existed.

so about 1am last nite, I'm emailing him back and the last 24 hours sorta blur for me, but I do recall mentioning to him that my "brand new" device was stolen last week, and my "backup" one and juice got ripped outta my hand during the Hurricane when I was out helping a neighbor; and that
I spent last night / today vaping

--- zero 0 nic ---- juice on a ego battery that was so old it would only hold a charge for about 30min, lol.

No clue why/where I had some old zero 0 Nic juice,
but he and I share some funny emailed comments about

"0 nic juice in a frickin HURRICANE is not repeat NOT good"
lol; when u r used to 18-24mg nic in your juice.

anyway, this man i never knew existed two weeks ago...
this man I was NOT a current customer of ....

asks me my address and tells me he will put a Hurricane Care Package in the mail for me

my jaw dropped

WOW

Forgive my poor writting skills but I am not capturing at all the bantor of his emails to me and how they helped me THIS Hurricane weekend .

I am punch drug from lack of sleep, lack of nic, too much coffee -
please excuse the babblings of this post, put there appartantly is a Hurricane PV package from Brent enroute to me and I'll be damned if I was going to let my head hit the pillow tonight without trying to write a sincere PUBLIC THANK YOU here

so.............
Brent at
Hoosier E Cig Supply

YOU ROCK - THANK YOU!

PS: (someone asked by PM) - that carton of smokes remains untouched, I did NOT open it up and stayed with the zero nic juice all day today, lol

LESSON LEARNED: buy and keep some cheap ecig stuff in the Emergency box, lol

Thank you so much for writing your experience with Brent from hoosierecigsupply.com. I'm glad that it wasn't to bad for you during the hurricane and wish you and yours the best in the future.

Sorry to hear that you had your stuff stolen but, it's great to read that a vendor cared so much that he would send you a hurricane care package that he only met only a "second" ago. It speaks volumes about him and his business. I've made a few orders myself and had a very satisfactory experience.

Good bye Summer, hello Fall............
again, thanks Brent from Hoosier E Cig Supply for the Hurricane "kit" he sent me with my first experience with the SLB KGO - SO much better than the Joye eGo i've been using the last 2-3 months. My first experience with a true 3.7 volt device; and how much warmer/better the taste is vs the Joye 3.2volt eGo.

Now I understand why Brent who sells these items for a living personally uses a KGO himself.

Brent tossed in two juices, Cinnamon Apple 18mg which was ok, but not a wow.
Let it sit a few days before trying again; but the
VANILLA BEAN COFFEE 18mg
he gave was very enjoyable. (used with the 2.0 Cart he included) -

Very rich taste, mellow but had presence - an outstanding compliment to my evening post-dinner coffee; and I look forward to trying it tomorrow with my Morning coffee.

THank you for those that sent me a PM; everyone is ok from the Hurricane.

I look forward to trying many more of his juices.

Both of you give yourselves pats on the backs. You Brent, for helping another fellow in need. This isn't seen too often these days. And you surfsuphere for not caving to that carton you had. I don't think I could have not opened a pack just from being scared out of my wits. I'm from the east coast so I know what you went through. I've been in several myself.
