You can buy assorted coil packs or by the resistance you want.

Sure, they come with almost every tank you buy. The largest tank I used that had thed premade screw in coils was the Kanger Plus. Not topfil though.

There are so many available these days and you have so many choices. Weren't you looking at a Melo III? Whatever you get you will want something else not long after so do not think just one is the one for you.

IMO if you want high wattage then the answer is the tfv12, but If you don't want to be at like 130+ watts I'm sure there are better options.

A good option to be a slight step up from the nautilus would be the cleito exo, if you install the regular cleito coils it adds like 1-1.5 ish more space.

If that's the case the cleito exo with the regular cleito .4 ohm coil would get you something like 6 ml I believe, running between 40-60w. It's a top fill and top airflow so the airflow makes it VIRTUALLY leak proof. It's got a nice metal shell around it to protect the glass and everything
