I don't think you'll have any trouble, as long as it's not kits with filled carts included.
Smoking Everywhere's shipments were seized, it seems, on the basis of the e-liquid in the carts, according to the FDA documents filed in their lawsuit -- but there were boxes of atomizers included in the shipment that were seized only by association (i.e. part of the shipment). They weren't listed on the FDA's notices to SE as banned items.
100 atomisers and 100 batteries shipped separately, aren't very large packages, and should make it through OK.
And Ruyan/Heaven Gifts is a good guy. I've ordered from him, as a private customer, not a dealer, and he's extremely efficient and concientious.
I order from ruyandirect.com. I like. Ordered dse901, hard to sell. You will like dse103 better.
For 901s, just go to Sailebao directly. Why bother going through a reseller if you are going to buy from China?
Almost all ecig factories are in Shenzhen but RD is from Shanghai. Imagine contacting them for big amounts of replacements. They would have them shipped to Shanghai and then to you. They sell so many brands but produces none of them. They are less likely to feel responsible towards a particular brand.
The manufacturer would at least feel like they have to protect the reputation of their brand. My 2 cents.

Most ecig/ chinese companies use shipping agents now. Their company name will not even appear on the bill.
Not to burst your bubble but I ordered from Smoking everywhere on may 1st before I found this forum. I'm still waiting for. I've ordered from Wayne twice and both orders have arrived before the smoking everywhere was shipped.
When I called Smoking everywhere on the 20th and asked them to cancel my order (it had not shipped yet) they told no refunds and then hung up on me...
I think your chances are better with the Chinese, customs, and the FDA.
Yes, but there are several manufacturer's on the FDA list, so it is almost a sure thing the package will be stopped...

They will not be shipped using the manufacturer name. It will be listed as the shipping agent's name. As for product manufacturer, it will be from the same manufacturer no matter who one buys from.
In that case... You might want to check exactly what it is you are sucking on. Open mouth and insert ____. Usually that would be a foot. Though I'm not so sure in this case, haha.

Ok, Ok, Ok, I'll stop now. On to more serious matters... I don't see a problem with the OP asking the questions. As far markups and other biz talk I think we all have a good idea what the majority of suppliers are paying for their goods and could give a close estimate of what their markup is.
He's certainly not a narc. There's so much info in these forums already that a covert agent wouldn't really need to ask questions especially in an open thread. Now if all of a sudden suppliers starts getting more personal questions ask via PM then that would be the time to worry about someone's intentions.
