I'm glad you like it. That was my first try to make some serious mod and I must made some small correction (vent holes, less weight, smaller dimension ...) but the mod work fine with 18650 at 3,7V and two RCR123a at 6V.The Chrome produce massive amount of vapour and gives great expirence in e-smoking.
Comparation with Chuck and SB talk to me that was good work and I'm happy because that.

If the OP just built this for his personal use, then I applaud him. Great work. BUT as he stated earlier, he is planning on going into production with these. I find that a bit ballsy, a blatant copy of something with a minor change of a switch. I do realize that all big batt mods are pretty much the same with some minor differences, mostly cosmetic differences. I just don't think its right to copy something with the intention of producing it to make a profit. At least make it look a little different.

Just my 2 cents

Because of the small size and height of the button it looks like repeated use would make for a sore finger.

Can you source or make a larger convex or concave metal button cover and recess the switch hardware?
Offcourse I can. But that's my first try to made some serious, big mod and I'm very, very satisfied with design and perfomanse. I can say that's steam machine and working excellent on 3,7V and 6V.

I beg to differ. That's the same switch that's used on the chuck and I've used it on a couple of flashlight mods. It's not gonna make your finger sore at all. There's very light resistance on that thing.

Wow...Would you really be allowed to sell this? If I were AltSmoke, I wouldn't be too happy about someone selling a direct knock-off of my product.

That being said, I guess any future thick, round, chrome/silver PV isn't necessarily a SB with a Chuck switch, but like I said before...Wow.

That being said, it looks great! But you already knew the SB looked great so it wasn't really a guessing game there.
