So they both came about 20 mins ago.. I tried the Malty Toffee (zero nic), doesn't have much flavor, which I expected so I'll let that steep for a while.. Even at zero nic, got a great throat hit and awesome vapor.. It seemed satisfying..

The caramel capp.. WOW!! This is the REAL DEAL!! I didn't get much caramel out of it, don't care.. This is definatly the morning vape! AMAZING!!!

I did the same thing on my first order! lol

I think my browser was partly to blame; at work on a Mac and Don's site doesn't like Safari much. Firefox works properly.

Which is the "caramely" one Sonny?

Edit: Oh cappucino...cool.

caramel-creme-sweetness is Dulce de Leche

caramel-coffee is caramel cap.

Really? 2 people in this thread admitted it happened to them....it also happened with me, so that makes 3 just in this thread alone. I'd venture to bet that it's happened to quite a few people. It never happened to me with any other of ther sites I purchase from because they make nic content a mandatory selection and not a default. Either way, no need to put blame on your customers....it was merely a suggestion to prevent customers from inadvertently placing an incorrect order.

...peace.

I can honestly say that I've never incorrectly ordered anything I didn't want, ever. This is probably because I don't have a lot of money and I tend to make sure what little I have goes towards the intended product wanted. I've no problems with the current set-up, just sayin'.

As a software engineer who has studied UI design for the past 15 years, I agree that "please select" or a blank option as the default is the proper way to implement a drop down list.

It's probably out of BWB's hands though as they're stuck with whatever their cart software is programmed to do.

Im a programmer too... I dont do web dev, Im more of an ERP guy... but you're right... it should just say "please select" initially... best case scenario would be an input validation that would not allow the user to leave the field blank... but it looks like Don's software defaults to 0...

I've had 0 nic in my cart by accident, but I remember reading something on the "home" page about "please double check all orders for size/strength, etc..."

So I do : )

No hard feelings Don. It is merely a suggestion. :2cool:

No worries TC, My cart just dont allow for certain things, I wish it did. Thats why I got the double check everything on the main page, also alot of people realize it when they receive there invoice in email and send a email over and I do take care of it. If it slips through and its something people like I will offer a nic content in the same size bottle to add the 2 together to make the desired mg, I have made 48mg just to help out.

I just ordered from Alien Visions and got 24 mg Cheesecake because they default to 24 instead of zero. As a 12 mg vaper, it's a toss up which is worse. The 24 is probably easier to trade, but I'll probably order 6 and make up some 15. I only made the mistake on that one, but it made me laugh when I got my order because it reminded me of this BWB 0 nic problem.
