I can't believe I wasted $40 on these....

I bought a 5 pack of your guy's V2 attys... wow, c'mon! I love your products and always have a smile on my face when I look at my SB... but your atomizers are absolutely horrendous. No matter what I do I get nothing but burnt taste coming out of them and I'm by no means a vaping rookie.

So in other words...

Atty 1) out of the wrapper, blew on it in case of wet primer, dripped my juice= burnt taste
2) de-wick, dripped my juice = burnt taste
3) de-wick, soaked in alcohol, let dry, dripped my juice = burnt taste
4) didn't blow on it, just dripped my juice = burnt taste
5) left in the wrapper and decided I was done trying

Either I got the worst 5 pack in history or I just threw $40 down the drain. I've purchased and used dozens upon dozens of attys and never had a experience like this before :glare:

Which batteries are your using?

I can't say that I've ever had a similar experience nor have heard of a similar experience with them. They could possibly be bad from the get go, opening a ticket could have resolved it. I read the review you left on the site that is still pending because i was trying to track down who left the comment. The LR 510 V2.1 is in our top 5 best selling products. We did run in to an issue yesterday where for some reason the guys and gals were sending out Joyetech LR atomizers that we received by mistake forever ago. Been trying to find out who received these so we can send out replacements for them but according to the packers it hasn't been too many as we just ran out of the black ones the other day.

Your options would be:
-Opening up a ticket to do a RMA

I got a few LR 510's and it was my first time ever dripping, so I burnt the wicks off the bat and wasn't able to get them to perform very well, but it was totally my own fault. After doing some reading I de-bridged/wicked them and cleaned them overnight in some vodka. Now they perform exceptionally well, maybe try de-bridging them?

My experience with these atty's has been very positive.

I'm using the ultra fire xsl 18650 2600mah 3.7 that I bought from you guys when I got my SB. If it makes any difference my order number was: Your Order #100037271.

When I get home I'll submit a ticket- and for those who read this thread- PLEASE take in to account that I am NOT talking badly of AltSmoke. AltSmoke makes hands down the best PV units on the market and their customer service is top notch. I was just bring to light that one of their atty vendors isn't up to snuff. It's possible I may have received some of those faulty attys but I'm not sure.

Like I said, I'll submit a ticket when I get home from the office. Thanks for the quick reply!
