I can't switch off my Coolfire 2

Hi, I got this new PV around a week ago, and it's really no more complex in function than my Evods, but I'm having trouble turning it off to change batteries. It's supposed to be a 3 click on, 3 click off device...I do the three clicks, and it cycles through the colours it's cycling through the colours as it's supposed to, but when I press the fire button, it still fires up.

It sounds like a faulty mod. I'd contact the vendor.

I've seen elsewhere for an innokin device (not a coolfire) that if you have the dial/adjustment 'in between' voltages/wattages - ie where it doesn't 'click' into place, that it causes other malfunctions.
