Vaper's tongue is temporary. It will pass. If it doesn't pass after two weeks, make sure you see your doc, as it isn't vaper's tongue. Your post doesn't say how long you've been vaping nor if you're a high-watt vapor or use very high nic...so I can't really make suggestions like "turn down the wattage/vape-volume and see if it makes a diff". But you could always try adjusting your vaping too if it makes sense for your particular situation. Nic is a nerve agent.

For me it was a few weeks into vaping and after giving up the tobacco. But it all came back. I actually associated it with tobacco cessation as much as with vaping, but that's just a guess. The logic at the time was "system is rebuilding and adjusting".

Easiest solution switch to a flavor that ismore a mid range (meaning middle tongue taste bud receptor) flavor... while the tip of the tongue can taste some of the best stuff ever it is also the first to get burned by spit back and over vaping. I have flavors that range from the back of the tongue for where it impacts to the front to the middle. I burn the .... out of my tongue on a regular basis and my cure is just to switch flavors to something that i can taste. Another thing is go big. I use 3.5mm ID coils dual coil RTA and flavor rocks out of them things.... i have only happened upon flavorless vape ever in my life.... going to a vape shop that has inferior atty's and mods to supply enough for me to properly taste the flavors... the tongue is a muscle while the taste buds can take as little as a week to recover if enough damage is done it can take up to 28 days to get full taste back...
