My dad just gave me this e-cig case it's got to e-cigs in it a car charger in a regular wall charger with a USB that you screw the battery into and put on the USB but I can't tell if it's charging I waited about an hour and tried it it don't work I don't know what's wrong with it or maybe I can troubleshoot the battery is anybody know

Looks like an auto battery, you draw it turns on. When charging the led on the front of the battery should blink while charging and/or change color when fully charged.

The contacts on those styles wear out really quick. Probably need a new battery pack.
We call that setup a "ciga-like". Its the lowest form of vaping.
Not to be rude, but those setups are pretty lousy all the way around. If you are serious about trying to quit smoking and vaping instead, get yourself a more powerful and reliable setup.

You're getting the right stuff from @Baditude . Those things usually don't work even when they're working. But I also agree the contacts don't last long and the batteries themselves have smaller life cycles.You've got either a bad charger or a bad battery pack most likely. And it isn't going to make a lot of vapor even when it's working. Welcome to the board.

When many used them years ago, they would Have to have several batteries and chargers because they died often. And be very careful, those types of setups have caused many fires that have given ecigs a bad name.

If you can, buy a newer setup, you can get some decent things fairly inexpensively and you may be more likely to be successful at vaping, especially if you are wanting to vape MTL at low wattages. I might recommend an Eleaf Pico 25 with the Melo II tank or an aspire zelos mod which comes with a nautilus 2 tank. I think you would find vaping more effective on one of the newer setups.
