Too be honest I'm still smoking right now, mainly because I haven't found an Ecig that works for me, I've tried an EZ pen, Inferno and a eGo C, the problem I had with all of them was the lack of customization they have so I was thinking of getting into rba and I'm extremely confused, I don't mind doing the fiddling and messing with it, the cleaning the work, I enjoy that type of stuff, as you can tell I'm new to the forums, I've ghosted for a while but reading isn't helping as I guess just asking flat out, in terms of rba's I've looked at regulated vs mechanical, Hybrids, I don't mind the prices, it doesn't affect me with my job, I'm just looking for a really good vape, and something I can really use for a long time without worrying about it breaking as long as I take care of it I just wanted to hear some people's opinions on what they like and suggest, my price range is about 400-500 dollars but preferably cheaper, I'd prefer something that's all inclusive or I have to buy little extra and I would like a clear tank, preferably Pyrex glass, and something that's in stock on the usual cause I'll be buying all the stuff on the 1st when I get my next big check. Thanks in advance and hello everyone

Somewhere out there
You have basic choices, what gives you the longest battery life, do you want replacebale batteries in a mod/APV? these are the most economical in the long run. I use a Provari, but I also use ego's because they are light & portable.
What do you want for a delivery system? Your choices are: dripping atty, carto, carto tanks, clearo and clearo/tanks (holds more). Carto tanks are the most reliable and take less fiddling. Clearos take a bit of fiddling but they do work. dripping atty gives you the best vape but it is time consuming because you have to keep adding drops of ejuice. Sooooooooo you decide what fits your needs. For me I use all of the above, that way I don't get bored! LOL

Pick yourself up a used or new hybrid on the classifieds. A nice Zenesis, Noble 1, or other will last you a life time and you can adjust the taste and you get the fiddle factor. You could also get a Provari or a Precise + mod and a genesis style atomizer and achieve the same thing. If they don't work out, either way has a good resale factor.

Personally, I love mechanical mods. They are solid, simple and many are modifiable. If you are going to get a variable voltage mod, just pony the dough up for the Provari but order a new one. The classified prices are nearly the same as new so just get new.

I was going to suggest a vamo and an Ego-l for a less than $65 start kit - use it for a few weeks, decide what you like and what is important to you and then spend the big bucks on something you know you want / need / like then.

+1 for the Super T Manufacturing precise+ although I would still prefer an ELA, but you'd have to wait 6-8 weeks.

I would go with the vamo just to get into regulated.. I love the journey and trying different stuff out from clearos to cartos to dripping to rba's.. I will not go wrong either way.. Once you get to 5 posts i think you can go to the modders section, lots of great info over there.. I personally prefer the rsst than the aga t2 for a starter rba.. Less stress on the positive lead when you build a coil because you dont have to tighten the post.. Easier to avoid hot spots and then bottom of the inside of the tank is polycarbonate so less worry on shorts.. My :2c:

Welcome to ecf btw!
