I only have 2 items (ordered 24 July), and they still haven't even arrived in my country
Oh my! If you chose free shipping and you're already upset about the wait you'll REALLY be cussing by the time they show up around September 1st or so. If you paid for e-packet you may see them in the next week or so.

Ive been vaping for 5+ years. I tend to stick to what works and dont really get too adventurous when it comes to the "must have" atties of the moment. I tried a few and was disappointed, and buying genuine gear at the "genuine" prices can be costly disappointments. I hate selling

I tried a few items long ago from FT and was not happy, one in particular was not made very well and the post broke, and then another one the parts were really bad and kept leaking etc. It made me think , are they just bad clones or bad design ? I was convinced using clones was a hit and miss and not worth the frustration... blah, blah....

I started using the Origens, ( drippers, gennies etc) and needed some parts. Man those bits are expensive and most of all hard to find in stock when needed. So after reading and chatting with a few members I decided to order some clones of them from FT and man were they good. I mean, so good that I have to mark the clones with little X's so I dont mix up the parts.

I did this a year ago and in this year, Ive got 6 pages of "stuff" . I know there is this long time clones vs genuine and honestly I understand both sides. I wish that the clones would not use the logos and fake serial numbers, but other than that Im OK with them. We all have our reasons, and the only thing that is frustrating is when one is trying to save money on a genuine by buying second hand and you cant tell if youre buying a genuine or a clone?

Buying from FT has made it possible to have my genuines and be able to have up to 8 back ups for parts and for use. I could not afford to have 8 Origennies MK1 and 6 MK2s. I use tobacco flavors and they mess up your coils so this helps me be able to just fill and vape.

Sure they have. They are in customs in Mississauga or Vancouver. They will not get scanned until they have cleared customs and been handed to Canada Post.

Ahhhhhh

When I saw screenshots and in the past with other vendors, I always get something like 'arrived at customs, awaiting release'.

What you're saying makes a lot more sense. It's the first time I order with e-packets.

I never order other than ePacket unless I have to.

I used SingPost a while back by accident and the package still isn't in toronto to me. Shipped JUNE 19th!

Don't use singpost anymore...it seems they have an active 'no vapegear' policy since a few months...they already returned one of my packages, seems to be sort of common. So check your tracking and if it says 'package not found' I would contact FT.
I now always use chinapost...also a bit faster than singpost.

If it's something small/fun/not that important I just pick free shipping otherwise I go with PostNL, so far it's always taken between 10-12 workdays from FT to Sweden.
Did order couple of fun things including a knife, so wasn't able to use PostNL, picked free shipping and got it in 5 days.

My first FT order was placed on 6/5/2016. Including that one, I've placed 19 orders, with a total quantity of 149 items/pkgs. of multiple items. Only 2 of those items have been mods and 2 have been tanks.

All the rest have been stuff like 5/packs of the bases, chimney bases, and bell caps for the KFL+ shorty tanks; little bags of drip tips & screws; bags/boxes of o-rings; boxes of factory coils and the 100/packs of the prewound Kanthal coils; packs of replacement glass; silicone skins; Koh Gen Do cotton; packs of syringes & blunt needle tips, etc. All of those little bits & pieces would've cost a bunch more here in the US, if they were even available from US vendors, which many weren't!
