The part about the money is true, but to claim that somebody on this planet might not know about the (otherwise overinflated) dangers of smoking is ridiculous.
Well, they'll be raking in tons more money for their media campaign they affectionately refer to as "education" now that their partner in crime, the EPA, gets to manhandle busisnesses, water rights, landowners, and every nook and cranny under our constitution.
