The FDA doesn't care how safe e-cigarettes, PV's or whatever name you're giving them are, neither does Big tobacco or the pharmaceutical companies.

And until they get it, in whatever form they get it in, they won't be happy. Campaign all you want, protest all you want, yell all you want. They will have it their way because they are the power, they are the money and they are the voice that everyone hears.
I'm not telling anyone to stop spreading good information on e-cigarettes because that helps the view of the general population understand them and accept them. The more people hear about how good and healthy they are, the better because it means more people understand our viewpoint and more people understand why it is better than smoking in any form. Do understand that it will not, in any way, stop what the larger companies and the FDA are doing because in one way or another, back-law or loophole, they will get what they want in the end, even if that means all you have is regulated short 510 devices with $10 pre-filled carto packs with nicotine outlawed and regulated.
Did I give up or am I even still mad at them? Yes, I'm ....... I'm probably one of the most mad people on this board at the FDA and big pharma. I hate them beyond all measurable reason. I think control in America has gone so far down off the deep end that our health is now in jeopardy just because some old farts want to afford a new yacht or a Ferrari sporstcar.
If anyone has anything proactive to say or contradictory to any of this, please post it. I would love to converse with you on it. If our words and campaigns are stopping the FDA in any reasonable sense, I would love to see proof of it. It would make my day, no, it would make my entire year to know that for once out of the thousands of times they have been protested against on all sorts of other matters with forces way larger than us that they finally took the time of day to sit down and think about matters.
