Here's the rub...

SNIP...

I want to learn more about fine-tuning ...

... for regulated, box-stock subohm tank rigs like mine.

lowkeyman says, I want information on my gear.

... You don't want sub Ohm. ...
...
...

get a Mouth to Lung Atomizer. ...

Two Bears says no you don't, just do as I say.

This isn't a style of vaping argument.

@lowkeyman

What specific issues are you having that we might help with?

You were very well written about what you want. But for example, I don't have your specific gear to write a comprehensive guide.

Though, I could help (as many others) with the fundamentals if I knew what your immediate needs were.

I think vaping 50ML juice and subohming right out of the box is complete, 100% madness.

Funny.

My brother just started vaping.

I sent him 180ml of juice to try.

He told me it's going to take him months to finish it.

He uses a baby beast at 100 watts. It's like a 2ml tank.

He says it lasts him a couple days per fill.

Going to extremes to make your point is ridiculous.

And that particular example happens way too much around here.

A smoker hiding smoking for 25 years is likely to hot box his cigs to not get caught... and even more likely to barely go through them despite that.

So MAYBE assuming he's a regular smoker taking little whiffs...

And MAYBE assuming he's going to suck all the juice off the planet by chain vaping...

Doesn't make sense?!?!?

No. I want them to vape in the style that works for them. If they MTL cigarettes; direct lung vaping will feel weird. And many prefer feeling normal go feeling weird.
Then why start by telling him he's wrong?

Why not ask first to see if you can help?

and who are you to decide what the best chance is for the masses? From day one I hated trying to vape the way I smoke. I mtl'd analog 100s in 2 minutes and hot box the heck out of them. dl vaping is what works best for me and if I could start over never having spent a dime I would start sub ohm for thicker vape. See I couldn't get off analogs completely if I were to adhere to your advice. It's not just nicotine that got me over the hump but the whole feeling of thicker more dense and more volume vape.
I'm not and never said I was. I know what i have been told by lots of vapers.

I feel like i'm drowning.
The vapor strangles me
Too much vapor
Can't get my breath

And on and on.

Move them to a MTL device and it works.

I know one vaper who smoked cigarettes almost 45 years and to hear him tell it a CE4 is too loose a draw.

I want people to have a chance to kick the Cigarette habit.

If someone likes a loose draw then sub Ohm works. But those who want MTL. Recommending sub Ohm 9 out of 10 times it wont work.

God pete's sake. We are not talking about you, me, or anyone else. We are talking about a stinkies smoker.wanting to get off snd not wanting more vapor than they are used to.

And how much vapor is he used to?

He didn't specify anything you're saying.

All he said is he wants to learn to use his gear without making it a hobby or social thing... you know... like cloud chasers do.

High power DOES NOT equal cloud chasing.

so out of the 10,000 people you did a study on and of course 1 year follow up, what % fall into your mold?

going from smoking to vaping can be a challenge when it comes to "drowning" I would advise more airflow in order to thin the density out.... Because that too is successful

Options and figuring it all it. Every one is different. No right. No wrong. Ok lol. It's ok to disagree. My opinion is try mtl. If that don't do it then sub ohm might really satisfy it for you. Try one of both. I wish I had tried my sub ohm tank sooner. But I didn't want to be a cloud chaser.
