I feel like a Newb again...Please help me out!

Here's the deal, I haven't been here in a while, and haven't really posted anything related to e-cigs in quite some time. I started with puresmoker back in 11/08 with the 901. I have plenty of atty's, batteries, fluids etc for the 901 and for many months i did without analogs!! But slowly over time i have reverted back to analogs and only occasionally using the PV....

I consider myself a social smoker only having maybe a couple a day to alot if out drinking with the boys but all in all i am trying to get back into the PV world. So much has changed over the last many months that i have been playing catch up....learning about cartos and the new PVs out there. Anyway basically i am reaching out for suggestions. Being a PS boy in the beginning, i am leaning towards the Protege and Prodigy V2. I only ever owned the 901 and that didn't even have a switch. So this will be a big jump for me.

I am also considering cartos as i have heard they are pretty good. And i believe they are refillable, all though i am not sure how easy it is?

I am open to any suggestions, tips, pros, cons, anything!!!

Also i became a fan of dripping and curious if the Protege or Prodigy V2 which would be better for dripping??

Take a look in the Vapor4Life forum here - there are a couple of sticked threads about refilling cartos. In addition to my KR8 batteries, I have a Bartleby with a 901 setup, and an adapter for cartomizers, works great.

I think the protege with cartomizers sounds great.V4L has about 80 flavors now and VG.

Cartomizers are a great option.I started with and still use a 510 but with a few dollar adapter I can use my batteries and pt with the 901 and cartos. The cartomizers for me are a great option when I'm out and about or driving when it's difficult to be able to top off or drip as needed with the 510 or 901. I recently had a fantastic member send me a PT and a few cartomizers from V4L and they are great products. Short of refilling some sub standard flavored cartos from another liquidating vendor, the V4L carto's were full of flavor!
Looking forward to trying more of their's and additional carto's. The carto's do have less vapor imo compared to the 510/901 but being into this a couple months I'm enjoying flavor. I've added a little vg to my carto's for some additional vapor. I haven't tried the vg carto's yet but looking forward to it. Good luck and happy vaping!

Thanks for all the suggestions eveyone....Now i have starting looking into the Black silver bullet. The option to run 3.7 or 6v is pretty nice and the reviews seem to be stellar!

Here's a couple of specific questions:

If i get the BB, i will get an adaptor for the 901 and KR808

1) can the 901 atty's and cartos handle the 6v without a problem? (i think i read the 510s need a mod?)
2) what are the pros and cons of running 6v or 3.7v?
