I feel stupid

Hey there,

My first post here, I started vaping since last night at once I got my 510 in the mail, have been smoking 10-12 analogs for the past 16 years, and haven't had an anlog since then, but I guess I was too excited when I got the kit, that I didn't even check to see if the filler was in the cart and I smoked the BLANK cart a solid 20-25 draws when I realized I was getting the burnt taste in my mouth 8-o

I know I sound stupid but long story short, I think I have destroyed the atty and I have since then not getting enough vapor production, and I believe since the coil in the atty has burnt up. Is this what happened and if so, is there any other way to regain the vigor?

you might have i did it too mine over use got to hot and it stop working think i burnt it out it all a learning curve

Welcome to the forum vapourking!

You have probably not destroyed the atty only vaped it bone dry. Try putting a couple drops right into the atty and trying again. If the atty gets warm at all, it is not dead, only dry, flooded, or dirty. Since the last two are unlikely in your case, I would guess dry.
Unless it is completely cold when you press the button...then it is dead

thank god atomizers aren't that bad price wise. Get a new one and load up a cart and roll.

Thanks for the reply, I guess mine is still working, its just the vapor production is no where near to my other new 510 atty. I am planning to clean the atty in hot water and let it dry overnight. I hope it will work.

It's probably fine. Load it up with juice and let it sit for a few days, then come back to it.

Yes, it is sizzling and popping when I try to flood it and I hear the gurgling.

It should be fine. What you describe is what I do to vape off the primer on a new atty. If when it is clean and dry and attched to the batt, activate it. If it gives a orange glow, its fine. Just make sure you vape with juice from now on. It will keep the analogs away better.

hahah, mmmmmmm atty primer good nah it happens. the atty probably is toast tho, cause 510 attys seem to have poor life if u dont keep em wet. it might still produce a little vapor, but the burnt taste MIGHT never go away.
