Single coils are sweet! I tried dual coils and they were just too slow to heat up I mean I wasn't getting good vapor production but the could of been just my mod. On the bright side I love my single coils right now mine is at o.6 ohms and vapor is great flavour is great I love it! Let me k ow any of your ideas so I can try out some different ones I'm crazy about building coils so please tell me your experiences

I have a couple dual setups, but I kind of agree with you - when a single is hitting just right, I like it better, due to the more "instant" hit...
What's left is playing with coil PLACEMENT (hi/low, edge/in) and airflow, and wicking, and different wires...lol...it never ends.

I love to look at all the coils people build but I have never tried a dual myself. Probably because I am so content with the simple single coils I am using. I prefer a cooler vape of 1.4Ωish. Sorry I don't have many experience to share but I do have a chart that I use that lets you know the different coils wraps.
