Yeah, gurgling means there is juice where there shouldn't be. Blow it out, or, like I do, put a paper towel under it and a couple quick puffs of canned air will do the trick. Make sure to blow around the bottom, as there will probably be juice around the threads and the stem.

I don't know about your canned air, but mine came with a "bitterant" to deter intentional misuse aka huffing. I used this a few times when I first started cleaning my Halo tanks and discovered it was making my tanks taste nasty! I have since then changed to towel / air drying.

Just so you know, Halo is going to have you ship the tank back so they can QC it before they send you anything. They're honest, helpful people but that process takes some time to be sure.

I would troubleshoot via this forum as much as possible before you try and get it replaced, solely because you will learn alot about your equipment and you might end up with a working tank much sooner.

Just my thoughts. You can
always send it back if nothing works.

Mine doesn't have that. I only use the air when I screw up filling a tank- if the coil isn't down tight and I get juice down the hole. When I clean, I just air dry overnight on a paper towel.

if you wanna know the truth its like night and day difference between the two tanks. one tank seems clogged with something . cant even breathe through it empty

I'm leaning towards suspecting a factory defect is causing the clogging. Halo is closed weekends, so Monday morning they'll start going through emails in the order they were sent. I'm glad the other one is working for you though, at least you've got that to get by with. I'd appreciate hearing how it all works out.

Never had this happen to a Triton tank before, but it definitley sounds like a defect, hey, it can happen with any tank.

If you have it cleaned out, disassemble the coil, and see if it is the main shaft (try blowing through the bottom of the tank and see if the obstruction is there). If not, then there is an issue with the coil. If its cleaned, try blowing through the bottom of the coil.

More likely than not it is the coil.

yep its in the main shaft. haven't shoved a needle or anything down there to try to free it yet but its definitely a blockage in there (i have some unused airbrush needles that would work perfectly lol). possibly a left over piece of metal or something from the machining. its pretty strange. not really a problem as long as halo at least tries to talk me through the fix or replaces the part. happens at one time or another to every company, otherwise they wouldn't offer warranties. as long as i got the one working for now i'm good with that until i get the problem fixed. although i will tell you that i have already learned so much, i very much appreciate all efforts to educate me in this endeavor.
