This is what I got in the mail today. I know I'm not the first that this has happen to but It still makes me mad as hell. I have no other choice but to remove the atty from the full kit for a while . BTW that order was all attys and not 10 ecig's and 120 carts. I need a good supplier in the states If anyone knows of one. Thank god this was a small order.

Jay, in the short term: I wouldn't sweat it too much - most of the people who are buying a mod from you are already going to have attys so while it sucks it's not the end of the world. Unless these were some super-duper LR attys then you've lost yourself a nice profit as people are really getting into these.

In the long term this is NOT GOOD for ANYONE.

yeah thats another point on it.. no drug involved.. its a heating coil.. if there is a way to dispute it go for it.. since thats like banning a toaster..

That order was for myself and for my full kits. I talked to the guy at the FDA and he told me that because they are used for electronic cig's that they can in fact stop them from entering the country. It was the Chicago customs that got both of my packages, and no they were not those LR attys ..thank god...still sucks tho.

You need to use another mailing address and name on shipments. Have them sent to someone else you trust in the states and have that person ship them to you. I would ask the shipping co. to use another name too. f?????? fda, I wished they would get a life.

Good idea i may try that if need be, but I would like to find a US supplier if I can. I can't wait for the day when atomizers are made here and not shipped here.

I don't think you can do that. Because they are stopping the shipment because of the CONTENT not the receiver.
If FDA is on a crusade, they will stop anything coming from the targeted shippers or content. Now, if the shipper lie about the content, then they couldcarry bigger problems.

So far, people say that is safer to get things from other point of entries like NY and better if the packages are smaller.

Naw.. it wont hold up orders. The GLV is made right here in MI. and the batteries and chargers are not in the FDA's ban list. People will have to get attys from other vendors for a while tho.

As far as I know,judge Leon's decision has not been overturned.I'm not totally up to speed with the legal stuff but unless they were granted a stay by the appeals court,then they are breaking the law or at least in contempt.

As far as JFK customs is concerned there is NO BAN on anything of the nature at this time. Although the FDA can make surprise visits and pretty much do as they wish.

I am really sorry to hear this has happened. I would be spitting nails, regardless of how big of an effect it had. The point is; the FDA is able to do this AT ALL. With ANYTHING.

I really do not like what I am seeing these days. The FDA seems to be turning into a pseudo-gestapo. Gradually, they seem to be getting more and more power. There latest stunt is to try and force food manufacturers to cut down on the amount of salt in processed foods. Granted, less salt GENERALLY is a good thing. But to mandate it? C'mon. These are the same people who thing High Fructose Corn Syrup is a good thing.
