What he means My Dear Ocelot, is that he used his Ipod, as a camera remotely, from a propped position in his car, and aimed it at the mailbox, the ipod was unattended and "watching" for the Mailman from his Apartment on his Ipad remotely. The Ipod takes the video of the mailbox and uses facetime to relay it to the device in the house, where you watch for the mailman near the car. Walla instant remote surveillance system, until the Ipod runs out of electrical power if it isn't plugged into the car's cigarette lighter.
