Right there with you. Not only are they bad at updating tracking, but I am pretty sure they are only half there to begin with. I had a Christmas gift I ordered for my parents delivered to my office from Tiger Direct and it was shipped USPS via UPS half way. It shipped from Naperville, IL

to Hodgekins, IL ( east of origin), then to Rockford UPS center ( Northwest of origin), then
through the Rockford USPS Sorting Center , then to Loves Park PO( even farther north), then to Belvidere ( south east of LP) sat there for 2 days at out for delivery.....only to then show it's in a PO in the suburbs of Chicago and a day later returned to vendor in Naperville.
The reason it was returned you ask.....Because it didn't say Dr in the address line and so they got confused. No call, no attempt to deliver to my work place where we get tons of mail and parts sent
through USPS Daily!
and the super kicker......The Tiger Direct facility/ Store it shipped from in Naperville is only a 1hr and 15 minute drive directly and it was over 9 days before it went back.
