I have a "serious" problem

I read that PG can be an irritant. Trying to figure out which combination to go for. I have hayfever (similar to asthma allergies). Anyone in the same shoe as me can advise what would be ideal ? I was thinking of 80/20 or 60/40 combination (i.e. PG/VG ratio) .

Now i am in my 2nd week of vaping and my nose keep sniffing, and i sneeze all day. Taking Zyrtec-D (decongestant relief) together with Zenmolin(breathe easier) but it doesn't seem to help.

Sorry but that sounds like an allergy to PG. It is a standard symptom. I dont know how bad the allergy is. How long are you vaping? Raise your VG. Maybe all the way. See if it helps

I have experienced this as well. I find that it helps if I keep my nic level under 16mg and try not to chain vape. Also, I must drink at least 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water.

I know this won't help answer your question but I've been a 2-3 pack a day smoker for longer than I can remember. When I found out I had severe COPD even my doc suggested e-cigs. Before I started to vape I'd go through COPD exacerbation attacks which would range from mild (treat with rescue meds) to severe where they found me laying on the kitchen floor one time. I have only been vaping for 10 days and have not had to take a breathing treatment for the last two days. Yes I hack up some pretty nasty stuff most mornings but then it's over. I WILL always believe it's my body getting rid of the junk I put it through for the last 45 years. I found the stronger nic level I use I have to turn down the voltage on it and I'm good to go so far. I've ordered all sorts of different mixtures and am still learning about everything I can . I wish you the best to find just the right juice.
