IMO e-cigs are kind of like cars. When you buy your first one it seems great. Then you come on to this or another forum and discover the world of e-cigs and find that there are e-cigs that wil out perform anything you currently have so you just have to have one. Kind of like buying a car. At first you think its nice, then you find out there is one that drives a little better or goes a little faster and you want to have that one too. You still like your old one and don't wan to get rid of it, but you want the nice one as well lol.

Fortunately, e-cigs aren't as expensive and cars, and you can easily get one. With that said, the 510 is probably the best unit you can get that is similar to a cigarette size. However, the batteries can discharge pretty fast leaving you disappointed that you have to have a lot of batteries on hand. A bit battery, or high voltage unit will give you a lot more vapor, flavor and a lot longer battry life.

I don't know what an ego is, but if it has a big battery or is a HV unit, you will be happier with it. It's kind of like having a car that goes 120 mph and then getting a car that can go 200 mph. A car that goes 120 mph is a pretty fast car, but who wants to do 120 when you can do 200!!

I have a DSE905 and I love it, but I'll probablt get a Chuck or something similar that is high voltage.

At Madvapes you can get everything you need to make your own. I just yesterday made one sweet Flashlight mod. I`ll have a pic soon I hope.
But if I had the money to blow I might think on a Juice Box. Since I don`t think the Mumba is in production.

i was thinking about madvapes and making my own. it just seems like something id totally screw up and waste the 15 bucks that could have went towards something else.

dont get me wrong, i can solder and stuff...i just am afraid i guess lol its so easy to buy one already made lo.

as soon as you have a pic id be interested in more info. i couldnt really find any flashlight how-tos, jsut the box one.

If you're satisfied with the eGo I'd stick with it. I'm using mine nonstop since I got it. I use it with a 901 atty cause that's what I prefer. If you want to try different atty types, just buy some 510 adapters. A lot cheaper that buying a whole new set up.

I got all my adapters from AltSmoke.

thats smart! i can use my ego with a 901 atty. i didnt even think of this, i was looking at other starter kits.

do you find the 901 to work better then the 510 atty?

I agree I bought the biggest batteries they have, charges, lcds, got a box and nicchrome wire and switches everything I need to build one and a shop with heat and every tool you could imagine, even a lathe. and all the parts are sitting nicely in a box over on my dresser. Now if I could just get my backside up and get it done that would be nice. I seem to have become a procrastinator.

I just got my silver bullet in the mail. It's so pretty and shiny. Totally works with all my 510 hardware too. It looks ......ed, but the vapor from it tastes worlds better than a regular 510. I don't know how they did it, but somehow it makes more efficient use of the atomizer.

the SB looks ......ed?

I have the Janty "ego set" as well. It has a battery that last me for about 10 hrs a day, so that's what I really love about it. Of course it has a cool look to it too.
After first learning about e-cig's I had to run out and buy the first thing I could find in town, which I now know, thanks to this site, was not one of the best products to experiance when attempting to switch from real cig's to e-cigs. At that time, I would still smoke the real thing in the morning with coffee, and after meals.
After I received the "ego", I forgot all about those ol nasty habits. I am just into finding my perfect e-liquid to go with what I think is my perfect e-cig. Maybe one day I will want to try something else, but right now, I am still afraid of those big mod things. :D
