So, I am currently on a vacation in Poland, and I figured I might as well get my gear here since the prices are a lot better than in Norway. Furthermore ordering online is problematic since we have a 30$ limit before you have to pay loads of extra taxes.

I've found this website, http://e-papierosy-shop.pl, which conveniently have a shop nearby.

I was thinking of buying theese:
e-Akumulator Joyetech TWIST eGo-C 1000mAh - eGo VV Twist - e-Baterie | www.e-papierosy-shop.pl
e-Clearomizer, model CE5 CRYSTAL, CC z wymiennymi grza?kami, 1.6 ml, 2.0 Ohm - CC Ce5 Crystal - E-Clearomizery | www.e-papierosy-shop.pl

First of all, is this good buys? Do I need anything else?(apart from liquid) Does the site have better options I should consider? Are there better options not available on site, and should I therefore order somewhere else?

Thank you very much for answers :)

Thank you :) I read somewhere that I should not use less than 1.8 ohm? So I will have to change original coil heating head for the vivi nova? Also this is Vision thing is like a cheap remake thing or?

You're welcome. They sell the original Vision brand Vivi Nova. Because the Twist fires from 3.3- 4.8 volts you can use 1.8- 2.4 ohms....you just adjust the voltage to the ohms and your taste. My heads, with washing and dry burning, last about 10+ weeks. 2.4 ohms gives the widest range with the variable voltage.
Here's a very long and detailed vid on maintaining/ washing/ dry burning the Vivi Nova.

I would've said get the ProTank but it appears they don't have Version2- Version 1 had issues.

Going below 1.8 could result in the dreaded burnt taste or dry hit. However, 1.8 to 2.4 ohm coils tend to work well with variable voltage systems like what you are considering.

The Vision Vivi Nova is a popular tank. But all systems have their advantages and disadvantages. I prefer bottom coil systems like the Evod and Protank II. Others prefer the top coil systems like the Vivi Nova. Still others prefer cartomizer tanks. Each has its advantages and disadvantages and you may end up trying all of the above (and then some) before finding something that you really enjoy.

Congratulations on your decision. And welcome to the community.

Thank you :) If I go with the 2.2 ohm, will I be able to use the full range of the variable voltage? And you are saying I will have to change it after 10 weeks+?

You're welcome. I would buy some 2.2 and 2.4 ohms heads. After 10+ weeks mine still fires great but the wick begins to shard/ disintegrate so I toss them. Save the old heads as you can easily and cheaply rebuild them with new wire and wick if you choose.

I own both the Twists and Spinners and prefer the Spinners because they have more mah (100 mah= 1 hr vaping before recharge), they're smaller and the the voltage dial is wider and knurled- easier to adjust voltage. Also the voltage numbers on the Twist are invisible.
Don't get the Chrome Spinner as the numbers wear out quick.

So, I have bought the spinner with the vivi nova clearmoizer. Everything is perfect and I really like it, only thing is the fact that it makes this "boiling", high pitch sound when pressing the button and not inhaling. The seller told me to press and hold for a second before inhaling, I can honestly say I do not feel the difference, but when pressing and holding without inhaling it makes a sound. I guess this is normal?

Congrats  Of course I can't actually hear the sound but it may be the juice sizzling on the coil. As the coil gets coated in juice gunk the noise should subside. Anyone that uses cartos relishes the thought and sound of what you may be experiencing.

Edit:
The seller told me to press and hold for a second before inhaling,
This is known as "priming"...if I'm ever stressed out I "prime" and then inhale- gives a stronger vape and that's one of the advantages of a manual/ button activated PV.

Yeah thank you :) I really like it so far, I was a bit dissapointed by the taste of the test juice I bought, but the vapor and throat hit was great. Also the vivi nova turned out to be really easy to clean, and the battery has lasted all day :) I ended up at 4.0V ish with a 2.4ohm coil.

I made my first e juice today, made approximately 45/50 pg(36mg/ml nicotine)/vg with 8 drops of blackcurrant flavour.(Should end up at about 15mg/ml) Seller said it should set for 6 days before trying, but I have to try it today :p The juice is really thin tho, a lot thinner than the juice I bought premade. If anyone have some recomendations of easy to get, generally appreciated flavours I'd be happy to hear about them :) Thanks for all the help btw :)

Good stuff. For DIY juice here's a free and easy to use calculator:
eJuice Me Up - Best eJuice Calculator
Flavorless Nic juice bought from a Vape Vendor but PG and VG (both USP/ BP/ Food Grade) can be inexpensively bought at the pharmacy.
Seller said it should set for 6 days before trying
You can shake the bottle, open it up and allow fresh air in. Do this every 2 days.
The juice is really thin tho, a lot thinner than the juice I bought premade.
Flavorless Nic juice comes in diff ratios of PG/ VG- it could've been 100% PG- that's why the calculator is useful as you can fill in the PG/ VG ratio of your flavorless.
Juice Components
Flavoring usually about 5- 15%- could be higher or lower depending on the flavor used.
PG enhances flavor, TH and lung hit- water like - many of us believe PG to be a throat irritant.
VG= vapor and can mute flavor- thick
Nicotine- TH, lung hit and our need for nicotine. The MOST important ingredient in regards to TH and lung hit.
Standards in the industry are 80/ 20 or 70/ 30 PG/ VG. Many now use a 50/ 50 ratio.
Glad it's working out for you.

I do not recommend the CE5 clearomizer. As it is disposable and hard to clean- and I have found the hit to be not smooth,. Also they r leaky. I get the annoying gurgles with them.

Battery: I use an Ego C twist 1000mah Battery (lasting 10hrs) has the wattage control 3.3- 4.8 volts

For my Atomizer/Clearomizor/Tank.: I use the Kanger protank mini. The pro tank mini is made of glass (so no smogging up with certain flavors as others do), Every peace comes apart for easy peasy cleaning- Nice for frequent e liquid flavor changes. All parts are replaceable. It uses a coil not wicks and those are replaceable for about $2.00. Nice taste and smooth flow with lots of vape.

the spinner is the battery i currently use and id recommend it and i have 2 versions of the clearomizer and wont use either i personally don't like them. i do love the EvoD i bought my wife and the Protank 2 i have for myself and would get either of those if you have the option to.

Edit: if you like minty flavors chillin' w/ frosty is hands down my fav so far reminds me of candy canes off the xmas tree from when i was little :)
