$100!

:)

Seriously?

buy an iTasteVV or a Vision Spinner. In fact - get both. Try a few clearomisers (mini Protank, T3S, iClear16) and some -e-liquid.

That's a £60 ($100) shopping list in the UK. Opens up the whole world of e-cigs to you in one fairly inexpensive basket.

The must be thousands of UK vapers who have advanced kit at home (mods, VV/VW, mechs, RBAs) who turn up to work with a basic set-up that works for them and is reliable to get through the day.

If you have decided to go with an Ego type devise, your next consideration should be whether you want the ego to be a straight 3.6v devise or whether you would like variable voltage (3.3v to 4.8v). The variable voltage devises go by the names Ego-Twist, Vision Spinner. The price difference is small ~ $10/$15. Then you need to think about the size of the battery. 600mAh, 900mAh, 1000maH, 1300mAh. The higher the number the longer the devise (in general) and the longer the battery life (between charges).

They are quick, I've ordered alot from them already, In fact I just got my order today that I put in Friday. (I get alot of my hardware from them) one can never have to many replacement coils, I use both top coils, ce5's, vivi nova, icear30, I just find they have a draw more similar to a stinky ..... I do have the pro-tank 2 (bottom feeder) for my harsh juices. and vapingme has everything I need, untill I learn to build my own coils

For just starting out I want a 650 mah battery(x2) and I want to stay away from the vv batteries for now.

Welcome to ECF. We have Kanger Evod kits, and are very happy with them. I would suggest that you also get a glass tank, such as a Protank 2 Mini. Some eliquids (such as cinnamon, citrus) are known as "tank crackers" and can ruin polycarbonate tanks. Some eliquid vendors provide information regarding tank cracking eliquids on their websites, and there is a list available on ECF. A Protank 2 Mini uses the same coils as the Evod tank, and the coils can be cleaned to help prolong useful life.

I started off with ego tank kit back in 2011 ... Those batteries still work for emergency. Took a break from vaping and got back on the train this spring. Started off with vision spinner and ego vv3. As i have been rather heavy smoker I since then upgraded to other things.

Good thing about the regular ego is that if you find yourself wanting similar vv in the future your tanks and chargers will work so you dont have to but a whole kit. Just the battery.

Gl on your journey and which ever kit you choose make sure you have minimum of 2 batteries so while one is charging the other one is always good to go... Otherwise it can get very frustrating.
