I'm using 510 atomizers, 510 carts with the sideways pen-spring mod, (AWESOME) and KR808D-1 manual batteries with an adapter I got from NHaler. The pen-spring mod keeps the juice flowing with zero leakage, and the KR808D-1 batteries far outperform the standard 510s.
Still light, portable, and relatively discrete. I've been vaping at my desk at work for over a month now, and no one else in the office has even noticed. One KR808D-1 battery will easily last me all day, whereas with the 510, I had to have a backup either in my drawer or on the USB charger.
