I Have Had It!!!!

Ok. The KR808 that I got yesterday and had all of the problems with from ValueVapor is evidently not a real one!!!! Today I should have received 2 starter kits from Vapor Kings but only received 1!!! Can't get anyone on the phone there so have no idea why I only got 1. But the quality of the one that I did get is much better than the crappy one that I got from VV. So here I go for the 4th time. Sending 1 back! The one that I have I will give to my mom but I think that I will stick with my analogs. I have never been through such a nightmare just trying to order something and actually receiving what I paid for. Too much for me. I really do appreciate the help of all here though and I will come back and let you know how my mom does.

Rob is usually really good about fixing things (if you bought it from Vapor Kings). You usually get a quicker response from him if you use the ticket system. The problem is that I ordered his last 2 KR808. He is discontinuing. So I have no way of knowing why they were not in my pkg. I called and used the ticket sytem.

It may be that it's not a real-time system and he only had one unit left. You may want to consider buying one from Vapor4Life. V4L has top-notch customer service and a customer service number you can call to talk to someone if there are any problems. They also have a terrific selection of KR808D-1 batteries, cartomizers, juices and accessories - in stock.

Hi Salem,

It sounds like you've had a rough week or so on your e-Cig journey and I understand you are frustrated. We make mistakes as you found out but we do correct them.

In all fairness you called me while I was away from my desk and in about one hour began posting here about your problem without really giving us a chance to respond. We'd gotten your CRM ticket and actually had already packaged your other kit to be shipped out today (by Priority Mail).

Again I apologize for the order error. We are only human and do make mistakes no doubt about that.
