So, today I headed to New Orleans to find a vape shop. Disappointment is an understatement. It had a tiny little section dedicated to E-cigs. I told the girl I was a newbie and asked her to teach me whatever she could. I think she knew even LESS than me. I saw a few interesting looking gadgets, so I bought them. I think 3 of them are cleromizers. I filled one with King Cake juice and popped it on my battery. Yeah well, nothing happened. So, I am thinking that I may have needed to buy a coil set up something? Needless to say, the young lady behind the counter didn't mention any other parts I might need to get this thing operational. (roll eyes). I did buy a couple of drip tips and a 5 pack of cartomizers ( these I know, will work). I bought Praline juice and a needle tip bottle.

I bought a couple of lovely orchids as well, but alas, that would be for a different forum.

Hmmm, never thought to try vaping orchids... Nero Wolfe would be ecstatic!

Clearos have the coils inside them already, although spare ones are good to have. (Spare everything is good to have!) It could be that the battery is off, as has been mentioned. Assuming an Ego style battery, does the button light up when you press it? If not, it's either off or dead. Have you tried charging it? Most do come with a charge, but...

If it does light up, but no vapor is produced, it's possible that you overtightened the clearo onto the battery - a common problem many of us did when starting out. The clearo should be just lightly tightened - not screwed down hard. Turn the battery off (usually 5 clicks in about 1 to 1 1/2 seconds, repeat to turn it back on), then use a straightened paper clip, fine point tweezers, or whatever, and gently rock the pin inside the battery up, working around it's edges. You probably only need to nudge it up less than a millimeter - you DON'T want to pull it out!

Yep, pics would help us... without that, we don't know what you have, either :vapor:
