Okay, we all seem to love to spend money here. There's always a shiny new thing to drool over and put in your virtual shopping cart. Maybe you'll click 'check out' or maybe your finger will hover and you'll close the page to come back later.

Is there anything you've seen on here that holds no interest for you at all? Something others are really into and you think, "hm, that is not for me". What is something you didn't think you'd be interested in, but later changed your mind?

For me, I have no interest in a mechanical mod. Not sure why. I like to play with voltages and I just don't think a mechanical would suit me.

I also have no interest in sub ohm coils. I think I'd be too scared. I guess that's good, since I don't want a mechanical.

I have no interest in tobacco flavors.

I had no interest in mechanicals myself. I later changed my mind when I saw the new Seigelli with the thumb fire button and the built in D ring so you could put it on a lanyard, clip on a belt loop, or what ever.

Will I use it much ? No

Is it built well? Yes

I may use it when Im fishing, cutting the grass ,,,,,around the neck., you know. So, thats my reasoning for it, The built in D Ring.

...Spending money on ecig equipment. I got into this to save money, not to make it another hobby.

This is basically the same for me. Got into this to quit smoking AND save money from quitting.

Still rock my initial set up, regularly clean and recoil my own heads. I will admit that I bought a Vamo to go with my one Ego v and over time I imagine I will occasionally acquire new types of delivery systems as technology improves. I am am also open to new flavors.

Also not interested in mechs, sub-ohms (did wrap a micro-coil though), Provaris or paying $40 for juice because it's cool.

I am interested in starting up my own shop seeing how much folks do spend on this hobby thought. Seriously, not hating on folks who enjoy this as a hobby at all. Certainly better than smoking!

I think there are actually quite a few of us that aren't all that interested in mechs (although some of them do look cool), hyper-low ohms vaping, rebuilding coils beyond - at most - the basic skill needed for Protank/Evod heads, and even DIY juices (although I am, currently, slightly interested in that). Every 'community' has their over-achievers, but most work off the bell curve principle ...20% on the left side, 20% on the right side, and 60% somewhere in the middle.

probably going to take some heat for saying this, but i have no interest in a provari. i've used a few before, but just not really interested. it's not the money - i do have devices that cost more. obviously, they're great mods and they have their reputation for a reason, but they just never did it for me.

i thought i'd never be interested in mech mods, but now that's pretty much all that i use. started with a k100, a smok octopus, and an aga-t2, caught the bug, and never looked back.

I swore I would always use cig-a-like cartomizers and never get into tanks, clearomizers, etc because based on what I've read they all seem to leak at one time or another. My cartomizers don't leak and I just didn't want the hassle. Well, I still have not used any of those devices yet but I broke down and bought an EVOD just the other day at a local B&M. Haven't used it yet but I already know I will be buying more juice delivery devices of various types.

Up until a few days ago, I always thought that the concept of steeping juices was an old wives tale. I didn't really buy it. I have been proven wrong though. My Cinnamon Roll juice from MBV irritated my throat when I first got it. Made me talk with a scratchy throat. After about ten days it is much easier on my throat now and it really does seem to taste a little better too.

I'm learnin'.:)

A little off topic. I have found it funny that people start exigent because healthier and cheaper. Now some will spends 100's if not thousands on stuff. Then the others are looking for best deal on outer Mongolian juice.

different strokes, i guess. in the end, though, it doesn't matter what method we use, as long as we're not smoking the real cigarettes :)

Well, never say never.
Right NOW, I'm sticking with clearos. Tanks seem like a bit of work, I don't want to mess with wire, dripping didn't work out for me.

But when I started, I thought I'd stick with my "510 Mega" batteries - heck, they were like 350 Mah! That should be plenty, right?
I bought a bunch, and I had a PCC so I'd always have one charged, etc...

Then just a month ago I probably would have said, "I'll be sticking with Ego batteries". I've got several - from 400 Minis to 1300 fatties, stylish black or silver, they go nice with my clearos, etc. But I am now eagerly awaiting my first mod in the mail.

So who knows?
Will I ever DIY? Maybe
Will I ever mess with wire and wick? Maybe
Not in my plans to do either soon, though.

I forgot dripping. I'm not interested in that either. I tried it, and I suck at it.

This isn't meant to be a bashing thread, so I hope nobody thought that's what I was doing. I was just thinking about what aspects of vaping appeal to me and which ones don't. There are things I'd like to learn (RBAs and micro coils as an example) and things I don't.

One thing I would love to do, but I can't realistically see myself doing it, is to build a mod from scratch. I have no skills for that at all. I'd like to take a workshop or something, lol.
