Though I'm still new to it all with just a few weeks
vaping and having stopped the stinkies only 4-5 days ago, I can understand both sides of the coin and everything in-between really. I have no interest in sub-ohm or huge clouds of vapor or having the best or fanciest items, or listing them for everyone to see/envy - but that is just me, and just where I am right now; that may change in the future or maybe not. I don't fault anyone that does take it beyond where I am or currently want to go and far beyond; after all, those that are on the cutting edge or bleeding edge are pushing the limits and make ecigs easier for others to acquire and understand, and fighting unfair regulation - their efforts are good thing for everyone IMO.
But I have definitely spent more than I care to admit really just to get started and meet what I consider are my wants and needs, with only just a few inexpensive 'extra treats' such as a new flavor or cartomizer.
Though they haven't arrived yet, after some research of my own and recommendations from a friend, I have ordered a vamo mod and appropriate batteries (solely for replaceable batteries and a bit of adjustably with safety built in) And, I have also ordered a gripper mech w/ appropriate batteries for on the go and stealth vaping. I hope to make up the money eventually by not smoking analogs, but I have no interest in spending more on what seem to be overpriced items.
So, to each his own. We all have different wants and needs. For some it is taking it to the extreme, for others (like me) it's just about filling our needs to stay away from the analogs..
I have no interest in ever smoking a stinky again.
