well we're all trying to help each other out here.. if your idea is absolutely stunningly brilliant. i'm sure someone could help you to implement your idea for sale..

If it's so secret. can we at least have a few hints as to what you've invented? is it the perfect cart? the everlasting atty? a juicebox that has multiple flavors and nic blends in order to create the perfect juice at the touch of a button!? The suspense is killing me, man! 8-o

to protect it further send your lawyer the plans for it and give them instructions not to open it.. that will help with proof of when the idea was made..

i do this with images of my pictures.. since copyright is placed on the day i finish the work but if i take any stolen images to court i need proof of date it was created..

Yes I know. I should have probably explained myself better, what I was really asking was, what's the best way to present it to e-cig companies.

ok something to make it pretty.. would this require them to make new molds for shaping needed to be done at factory, or would it be able to be attached or applied to e-cigs by owners..

if it can be applied by owners it does not have to be done by a e-cig company.. and then you can just set up a order of items from a different company and sell yourself

you can always draw up a rough schematic that is detailed enough to make your idea distinctive along with a worded description. seal it up very well in an envelope and mail it to yourself. once it receives a post office stamp it has become officially dated. that stamp from the post office is considered a government issued proof of date. then just toss the envelop in the back of your closet and forget about it until (if) you need it. just never open it it unless you need to to show proof of conceptial date, like in a court of law, etc. you might want to check it with a lawyer first, but im pretty sure this patent method still works.
