I just got my Titan 510 from Totally Wicked-OMG(mad at TW tho)

Well just to say TW banned me yesterday about asking if the flavors are natural and if they are if they are from China.

Needless to say they locked my thread(then deleted it), and then after WITH A MOD IN PM he pointed me to the FAQ, BUT the question I was asking was not in there. I asked him if he could point me to it.

Instant BAN and they will not answer my EMAIL which says on their site within 4 hours it's been a day.

Now after saying that;just wanted to say it was really crappy of them to ban me after spending 100 dollars at their site forum board asking about something.....Really they want to say that this is all healthier, but not answer any questions about China.....it says pure water on the bottle of e-liquid and people die in China just drinking their drinking water. Makes you wonder if it's distilled water/ or filtered. We all know in the US not to drink Mexico water when we visit their.......



OK now that I have posted that.....Sorry it just really makes me mad if it offends any Totally Wicked fans out there. I myself will still order from them besides that happening.


Titan 510

It came with pre filled cartridges from low to high. I just tried a high tob flavored one.

OMG it does taste like a regular cigarette BUT a higher class one. VERY VERY SMOOTH! It's also very light I can let it hang from my mouth without holding it!

The box is very very professional. It has magnets on it to hold on side down, the inside is very well packed one of the best packing jobs I think I have seen in a long time. Cord is in it's own box, the charger in it's own box, the electronic cig is double foam packed it's above standereds with it's packing. A very very good manual that explains everything, one manual battery and one auto which you hold down a button for the smoke.

OK, so after taking around 10 hits or so with the auto battery were you just hold a button and then hit it. I'm high from the Nicotine LOL, but I switched over to the manual were you just smoke it like a regular cigarette.

O also loaded up some Totally Wicked e-liquid Menthol, and let me just say. Menthol has a total new taste with this stuff. It taste like mint candy no lie. It's totally fantastic, and I must say the best Menthol cigarette I have ever smoked!

The only bad thing was I did over feel it one time, and it leaked out all over the E-Cig. I had the manual battery in it at the time. It just almost stayed on till the overfill was kicked out. I guess that was a good thing.

The charger also works very fast, and is very easy to understand/use. Now you can only charge one battey at a time, but really that's no big deal.


The Blue LED is just LOL, I love it. I have not really tried it in the dark to see how bright it is but I do like it.



I have now been without regular cigarette for 4 hours. Also I am a heavy smoker, and smoke around 2 packs a day. I feel fine with no need for the real deal. I have also been smoking around non-smokers INSIDE!


I am in total shock of how much I love this. I switched over because 1 cheaper 2 I can smoke around people 3 I think nicotine is good for you.



Have to say I also really like the Totally Wicked e-liquid bottles. It's packed super nice, and the glass dropper that comes in a different box is also over the top. Lots of information provided by totaly wicked and the makers of the TECC 510.

Also forgot to note: You can feel the nicotine instantly just like smoking the real thing. ALSO with this Titan you can take such a big hit that it will make you cough hard core.

You can get 510 parts cheaper somewhere else anyway, that was totally unprofessional and they don't deserve your money after that.

Liquid is cheaper other places as well.

Though TW liquid has been tested supposedly and found to be pretty safe.

But that isn't any way to treat your customers.

I have a 510 too by the way, just got it a week ago and I LOVE IT. That's an awesome first purchase as far as e-cigs go.

Do you have a link to the assertion that people die in China "just drinking their water?" That would be helpful to your, um, argument.

But you "still ordered" -- obviously unafraid that you would die from vaping the water?

This may come as a small shock to you, but quite a bit of the food (as opposed to e-liquid) the world eats is grown in China. Take a look through the local supermarket, or even a health-food store, at canned and processed foods, if you live in the US. It might tell you where the ingredients were "processed," but it very frequently won't tell you where the product "originated."

FYI, you have confused your terminology on auto vs manual batteries. Manual batteries are the ones that you activate with the switch and automatic batteries are the ones that are automatically activated by suction.

I'm only pointing this out so that if you have a peference and decide to order spare batteries, you order the ones you actually want

Right now I think that E-Liquid is safe because it's all coming from one place mostly. Also they are trying to hit total world market without getting banned. Right now is the time I think they would have the highest standereds. One bad deal and they would get kicked out totally.

Also with the FDA thing. notice they did not ban the import of E-Liquid. I think that is because in the US you are allowed to order up to 3 months of any drug from other countries. That's one reason you can drive to Mexico and bring back medicine trouble free.

I'm on day three, and I can't believe I have not smoked a normal cigarette or have felt the need too. In fact I am in enjoying this more than regular cigarettes. It just taste so much better, and being able to smoke inside anywhere is soooo fantastic. Not having to roll the window down on a hot summer day is at least to say fantastic when riding with non-smokers or chocking your self out with all the smoke.

Next week I'm going to order TW tobacco taste to mix with the menthal seeing that I'm mixing it with pre-fills already. It's a highly enjoyable mix.

Part of the reason I went with TW when i started out was their supposedly "safe" eliquid...saw all the data from the tests, and it seems safe..but that isn't an acceptable way to handle a customers' inquiry, in my book. I've ordered Juice from Totaly Wicked and it's great, also there shipping prices to Canada are much better than most US based companies, that said If I hear about anymore customer bullying I'll never shop there again. I don't know the exact circumstances for there reaction so I'm not gonna take sides just yet but I've been in those type of situations where the big company treats the little customer like crap and I didn't like it. If you can't even ask what's in there juice or if it comes from china ( which it does ) doesn't that just validate what all the anti E-cig people are saying that there is no quality control and nobody's sure whats in it.

I would like to caution against making sweeping statements against any supplier here. As far as I know the supplier is not even allowed to reply to any accusations on the forum.

I personally have received excellent service from TW. Their postage far faster to SA than any other juice supplier. Please note that excellent service is rarely acknowledged but the odd mistake is disproportionately punished on forums like these.

Please bear in mind that many businesses can be really adversely affected by posts like these especially if all avenues of sorting out the problem have not been explored and the "accused" really has no right of reply on ECF.

I have to fully agree with Kishd's comment - I've used TW for 4 months for many, many orders, and have always received great service and responsiveness from them. Every organisation makes mistakes, and whilst that is no excuse, good service should be fairly represented as well to provide a balanced view. JMHO!

when you say sell something forums are dangerous things.. all it take is one china is poisonous type post and one actual customer can loose a hundreds of possible ones..

plus the real biggy.. not all customers are real customers.. the end result of forum reality (it can all be made up) is the forum admin get a little "over protective" at times...

the bottom line is one customer can do much monetary damage to the seller if they so choose.. and sometimes they are not even real customers.. just private or commercial trols..

Okay,.....maybe you three didn't read his opening statement? I didn't see his attempt to bash TW, not at all. He shared his experience, mentioned his concern and inquiry and why he possibley got banned from their site, yet still compliments their services as a seller and their product and his willingness to still order their products.

Never seen anyone Trolling in that fashion. Maybe the definition of trolling should be redefined Trog?

I understand that his original question, probably should have been pm'd or emailed....but where's the harm in asking a question that should be abled to be answered honestly and openly if they REALLY do have their batches analyzed or made in the UK, (so I've heard)?

I must say I'm surprised you got banned. Generally a pretty good site. NOT as good as this one tho. TW Juice is very good. It really isn't hard to quit smoking with a 510. Keep it up!
