Anyways, I have a nagging suspicion that TW liquid is just rebottled DeKang fluid. I got some DeKang fluid from LiteCigUSA, and it tastes exactly like the TW stuff. You can get DeKang stuff dirt cheap, like less than $5 for 10ml. I'm guessing TW's profit margin is around 80%.

Seriously, order the same flavors from LiteCigUSA and do a taste test. I'm not cheerleading for LiteCigUSA, but they are probably the best place to get some good old DeKang fluid.

I would like to caution against making sweeping statements against any supplier here. As far as I know the supplier is not even allowed to reply to any accusations on the forum.

I personally have received excellent service from TW. Their postage far faster to SA than any other juice supplier. Please note that excellent service is rarely acknowledged but the odd mistake is disproportionately punished on forums like these.

Please bear in mind that many businesses can be really adversely affected by posts like these especially if all avenues of sorting out the problem have not been explored and the "accused" really has no right of reply on ECF.

If they refused to answer questions about their products, then they deserve a lashing like this. They treated DaMulta wrong, plain and simple.

China doesn't have the best track record regarding products imported for consumption (like the dog food scare), so we all have a right to inquire what we put into our bodies, especially if it is coming from China. TW should entertain all inquiries.

I, too, have received great customer service from TW. They graciously exchanged some broken stuff that they sent me with no questions asked. They even called me with some tips regarding my PCC.

Well, honestly. How they interact on forums is a totally different subject from their customer service. If they choose to handle things that seem suspect in the manner that was described, then sure some would see that as a reflection of how they handle business.

There are two sides to every story. I personally don't pass judgment on the basis of hearing one side, but it will provoke caution. Although, it is unsettling to read Damulta's perspective on the past occasion. I have great respect for him to be able to separate personal feelings and business.

He could have simply made another bashful thread as most of us commonly see when someone has a negative experience, and it normally revolves around extreme exaggeration and contempt traveling from thread to thread like a plague to spread the word.

Nope, he said what he had to say from his point of view and went on to say that he would still do business with them simply because the service and products were great and shared his satisfaction with the new devices he purchased from them.

Not many people can do this, I don't even think I can.

Please provide me a link where anyone has done this? This is one of the most mature approaches to a negative situation I have yet to see on ANY forum.

I have to note:

I was in contact with them after words. I was unbanned from their site, and I have ordered from them many times after that. You have to remember that they are a business, and that it is not a open forum like here. They also said that they have had problems with people that hate E-Cigs just because of the China thing, and that it is hard to sort out real customers with people just causing trouble. I have been a active member at TW after this happened!

THEY HAVE NOW posted studies about their E-Liquid from a lab in their News Section. That is the first time I have really seen that done on a E-Liquid selling site.

when you say sell something forums are dangerous things.. all it take is one china is poisonous type post and one actual customer can loose a hundreds of possible ones..

plus the real biggy.. not all customers are real customers.. the end result of forum reality (it can all be made up) is the forum admin get a little "over protective" at times...

the bottom line is one customer can do much monetary damage to the seller if they so choose.. and sometimes they are not even real customers.. just private or commercial trols..

DaMulta we have nothing to hide there are two Laboratory reports on my fluid.. certainly not Re-Bottled DeKang fluid as j4g3rb0mb3d suggests.

By the way re the original ban, i have 5 moderators on the forum..None paid, none get free goods, they have been on my forum from virtually the day it started, my understanding is you got into a fight so to speak with another member. This led to the 1 week initial ban, then if im correct you and Roadrunner were posting about Bongs IE drug paraphenalie=ban number two.

But as ever i cant have it all my own way some good on here some bad, some happy customers some not, some people trashing with an ulterior motive.

I will just focus on growing my business...Re The wicked forum if it was a censorship platform i would ban or block any mention of any other product or company other than my own.. Go take a look i dont...Its littered with threads on others goods and services...

No ban two came from 48Mg vapping with the flavors the TW sells. Scott had cleared it up, and I had agreed with him about it. I even edited it in the top of the thread that you should not vape that strong of E-Liquid. Really I said many times that I only wanted to try it.

Yes I did post a thread about a water pipe that I do enjoy with my Titan from time to time. There was a thread made from the Admin saying that you could not post information about that after I had made that thread.

Yes there was a fight about China in the original thread about China. How you should just trust them without even thinking about it.

I posted this right after my ban....I was a little ticked. From my point of view it was to cover up the E-Lquid from China, because there was another thread that was deleted about it also.


I really don't want to hide anything. I was just pointing out my view point when I made this thread.....

TW does offer some kick ... products, and I don't want to put you on my do not buy list. My buys always come in two days, and you do go over the top on packaging! Your company also does not sell CRAP products which is a BIG statement from just saying that. You know that your not going to get fracked over ordering from your business.

I still recommend TW as one of the best sites to order from to this day(I did so on another board moments ago before posting in this topic)!

Jason is not a bully. If you had all the facts you would know that. To call him a bully, not knowing what led up to the banning, is a bit unfair.

If you'd rather not order from TW that's your choice but, you'll be missing out on some great stuff!

Where did "bully" come from? I thought TW handled the situation fairly. I have ordered 75% of my supplies from TW and have never had any problems. Everything I ordered came in a reasonable time and was packed very professionally.
