Hey folks! Hope everyone is great, and vaping in style.
I guess I'm still a 'newbie', I got my first kit (V4L Ultimate Ultimatum) on 10-05-10, and quit smoking analogs that same day. I absolutely loved vaping from day 1. I had battery and PCC problems, but the folks at V4L fixed that and I have a good working kit.

However, I am a HEAVY vaper, and I was a bit concerned about battery life, and I also wanted to try 'dripping', so I ordered myself an EGO, as well as a drip tip, and a low resistance atomizer(for more vapor). I also ordered a case, and an adapter to use my Vapor King cartos (KR808-D1) with my new EGO when it gets here! So, two fully charged VK batts, my VK PCC, and an EGO with 2 fully charged bats should keep me going for 2-3 days without a power source in site. I can go camping now! (Well, when it gets here...) I also saw a passthru-battery for the EGO and I want it too. It's a battery, but you screw of a little cap on the bottom, and voilà, there's a mini-usb connector! Plug it in and you've gotta pass-thru, while charging at the same time! It's gotta be the coolest vaping accessory I've seen so far. OMG it's flippin' awesome!

I can't wait to try dripping, I've tasted burnt poly fill more than once and I don't much care for it lol... plus I've seen vids with people using the LR atty's and the vapor was just awesome. So anyway, what do you folks think? Did I do good again? :)

With a thank you to all and to all a good vape!

-Clinton

P.S. Happy holidays everyone! :) Don't drink too much egg-nog lol... :p

Glad it's working well for you Clinton.

Picked up one of the eGo passthroughs last Monday and have been using it through the week. Very useful device.

I plug it into my computer at work so I can vape while it's also charging, I just unplug the cable if I want to leave the office and it can be plugged into a lighter socket adapter in the car. Should be very handy for you when you're camping. Charge it up in the car.

I can only speak highly of this product and mine was only $3 more than a standard eGo battery.

I got my first LR atomizer this week. Its not bad but so far I honestly havent noticed a huge difference in vapor production with my eGo. It is slightly better but only slightly.

I may be one of the only people here to say this ( and I may just be doing it wrong ) but I got my first drip tip a few weeks ago and I end up with juice on my lips alot and I mean ALOT more with the drip tip ( I must be doing it wrong )

I havent had an issue with the poly ever. If I ever get the burnt taste its usually because I vaped it dry.

Congrats Clinton, sounds like you're good to go. I would recommend researching the EGO passthru first before you order it. I totally agree it's a great thing if you don't already have an Ego but since you've already got one coming I'd probably lean toward just a standard passthrough. That way if something happened to the Ego battery you'd still have the passthrough. From what I understand if it's built into the battery and the Ego battery goes bad you can no longer use it as a passtrough.

I'm glad to hear of your success and enjoyment of vaping! :)

A word of caution concerning your eGo batteries and LR atomizers. The buzz is that the LR atties can cause premature battery failure. Having said that, I used them with my eGo-types for several months before I got the word. But, you have been advised.

I heard that too, but thanx for the heads up... I'll be keeping an eye on that for sure...

You can blow across the top of the drip tip to help the juice drain down quicker, but I don't drip into the drip tip. I just remove the drip tip, drip, and replace the drip tip. Saves getting juice in the mouth, gets the juice into the atomizer quicker, and saves juice that doesn't end up building up inside the drip tip.

Hey thanks for the info once again folks. I love this place, everyone is kind and helpful. Usually on forums or any place on the net people can make comments, there's always some jerk on there that wants to talk smack, but not here. I gotta say all you folks are pretty darn cool and I haven't run into one smack talking jerk yet :)

Vaping and ECF, ya gotta luv 'em!
