I started with v2 cigs. The throat hit was pretty good, but the artificial flavoring and lack of warmth just did me in. So i went back to analogs for a couple of weeks untill my buddy introduced me to a 5v mod and natural juices. I was simply blown away, and quit analogs immediately. Just make sure to get an appropriate atty/carto for your device. I can't really comment on the Joy's particularly though.

Welcome to ECF and happy to see you have decided to make the plunge!

I have seen most new people start the same way my husband did.

Cig-a-like (blu/greensmoke/etc)
Then something a little better (ego/chinese little mod) then
advanced (Veri-voltage or wattage) (Provari/Vamo/groove/bolt/etc)

This will depend on how far you want to go. some love and stick with their egos. You will find many will swear by the ego twist, which will give you a little hint at VV without the excess cost.

Then you need to find some juice you like. In that I will suggest you try a little of everything and you will find your all day vape eventually. Just remember your tastebuds will be healing so don't expect the best tasting juice for a little while.

Good luck on your journey!

So... Here's what I decided to do...
I Used MFS and bought this stuff:
1 x US Light E-Liquid (Nic Level: 18mg, Size: 15ml)
1 x Soldier's Blend E-Liquid (Nic Level: 18mg, Size: 15ml)
1 x Dunhill E-Liquid (Nic Level: 12mg, Size: 15ml)
1 x US Red E-Liquid (Nic Level: 12mg, Size: 15ml)
1 x eGo/eGo-T/eGo-C USB Wire Charger
1 x Joyetech eGo-C Twist Variable Voltage 1000mAh Battery (Color: Black)
1 x High Output Universal Car Charger Plug w/USB Port
2 x Vision Vivi Nova Tank System (V3 - Long Wick) - 3.5ml (Resistance: 2.8 ohm - High Resistance, Optional: Add eGo Thread Cover Base - Larg e (+$2.49))
2 x Vision Vivi Nova Replacement Heads (5pk - Long Wick) (Resistance: 2.8 ohm - High Resistance)
1 x Mini eGo Variable Voltage Passthrough (Cord Style: 4' Standard Cord - Black)
1 x High Output A/C Charger Adapter with USB Port

Maybe I overspent and made some foolish choices on the liquids I think this will do the trick both at home and on the road. I have no idea how the juices will work out...

Please realize everything I am saying is in my own opinion based on my own experience with the ego-c

I really REALLY hate the ego-C tank system. THe atomizers are bloody expensive, clog alot, dry hit alot and flat BURN alot. The tanks are small and you waste way too much time refilling them. Btw dry hit and burnt atty taste HORRIBLE.

The batteries however are fantastic. If I had to do it over again. I would go with a kit like this

eGo-C w/ CE5 eGo Clearomizer Starter Kit

1000 Mah batteries last awhile and you get 2. The clearomizers mean you are never dealing with the ego-C tank system. It is still a fairly reasonably priced starter setup. With this kit and a couple of bottles of juice you are good to go.

First of al welcome.

And congrets on taking the step too stay off analogs.
You got yourself a great starters kit there but i have too agree get small bottles of juice until you find one you like.
You will try a lot off juice before you find what you like.

I am analog free for almost 3 months and still only found 2 eliquids i could vape al day.

Keep at it and you will be very happy with the step you made.

Shorebird, I have just two comments: 15 ml bottles are big--for sampling purposes. If you're still looking for flavors, order smaller bottles--3 ml or 5 ml.

Do they carry a Vision mini Vivi Novas? They will fit better on your batteries because they are 15 mm in diameter, just like the eGos.

Thanks Katya!
Yes they do sell the minis.
I just placed the order minutes before I made my post.
I don't think the larger size of the 3.5 tanks will be a
problem since most of my vape sessions will be at my
computer.
However, I think that I will get a few of the Mini-Nova
Minis cuz you make it sound as if they will be easier to carry.

First wait and see how you like the big ones. You never know--you may not like them.

I believe in trying different things--until you find something that works for you. Have you considered Kanger clearomizers at all? I like them. You may give them a try with your next order. I like the Kanger T3 and eVod!

Good luck and happy vaping!

Thanks for the advice.
Hopefully, one of those bottles will work out and I can mix-and-match until my next order.
As long as I get nico I think that I will be fine.
