I got my order from MFS this afternoon (you can see it in one of my posts above).
The eGo C-Twist was partially charged, so I plugged it into the wall unit to get
it to max. It took about three hours before I saw the sweet-green LED. Full Charge!
In the meantime, I plugged the Mini eGo Variable Voltage Passthrough into one
of the front-USB ports of my PC. I pressed the button a few times and got some
kind of feedback from the unit. Yep! It works. I just have to figure out what it means
when the color changes.

Thanks to "Unknown" at the MFS site it is thus:

Four clicks will cycle to the next voltage level.
2.95v (blue)
3.65v (blue-red)
4.25v (red)
4.90v (green)

I then pulled out one of my Vivi Nova tanks and looked at the choice of juices I had ordered:
Hmmm... US Red, US Light, Dunhill, Soldier's Blend???

I grabbed the US Light since that's what I figured is closest to what I normally burn in a leafy cig.
I filled it up and put it on the passthrough and then plugged in back into My PC. I started at
lowest setting and tried my first vape that was NOT from a Blu disposable from Walgreens.

Acchhh! Terrible! Not a throat hit but a throat assault. A very "Chemically/Industrial/Plastic" taste.
OKOKOK... So I took my first vape just seconds after putting the unit together. I kinda expected
that with brand new wicks in the Nova.
After a few hours the flavor has mellowed and I have set the unit at 4.90(green) and everything is cool.
Once my C-Twist charged up I put the same tank on it and found that 4.0 works best for me.
I guess 4.0 on the C Twist is hotter than 4.9 on the passthrough.

I really can't comment on the Vivi Nova V3 tanks because I have no point of reference. Getting the
thread-cover base for the eGo is a MUST HAVE for a sleek-smooth fit. I just wish the mouthpiece was
a little larger...like a real cig.
Just a nitpick. I'm not bothered. They do not leak and filling is very easy. No gurgles and PLENTY
of vapor. I Love them!

I also can't comment on MFS "US Light" juice. The only other e-cig I have tried was that "Blu" disposable.
I can say only that the difference is remarkable! This is from a bottle that I have not steeped which was fresh
out of the box. I like it.

All in all, I only want to tell other smokers that there IS an alternative. I have smoked for almost 40 years.
This is the ONLY way that I have found that MAY work for me as a means to quit the leafy cigs.
Please give it a try.

OK! So I have smoked for decades. Currently I smoke about 2 PsAD of the "Blue 100s." I have lurked here for a while and y'all got me curious enough to go to the local Walgreens and try a "Blu Classic Tobacco" disposable e-cig. It was hard to draw and the TH was lacking. I didn't mind the taste and decided that with a little more "oomph" it might be a great alternative to leafy cigs. I used to play drums in a rock band and I can recall the taste of our old fog machine... LOL! Anyway, I'm looking into a Joyetech-C and wondering if any of y'all have tried a "Blu" and how it might compare. Thanks in advance y'all.

Hello!
I've certainly tried the Blu and was not impressed. The Johnson Creek liquid was OK but the device is lacking. Certainly not something that would convince one to migrate away from analogs. I recommend an EGO with some sort of clearomizer setup. I just purchased a kit for my brother from myfreedomsmokes for $14. No juice included.

Good luck with the move away from analogs!
