I saw Trump's comments also, and he's acting like the only adult in the room realizing that destroying an industry for the only reason being "the children" is stupid. And he's right.

I keep hearing the never vaper's mantra of it's killing people. But the only portion of vaping industry that's killing people is the THC/CBD portion of the industry. But nothing in the flavor ban affects those portions at all, you know the THC and CDB portions that are actually killing people. Although to be fair, most of the really harmful products are black market, but the reality remains the same since the ban wouldn't help that at all. The nicotine portion of the industry doesn't kill anyone. That's the true hypocrisy of the flavor and vaping bans. It doesn't solve the problem the antis say needs to be fixed for the good of all mankind.

The other real proof this is BS is places like Amazon where you can't buy vaping devices. But that's not really true is it? You can go on Amazon right now and buy vaping devices for THC/CBD products, even devices that take cartridges. And some of the vaping devices for THC/CBD are Prime eligible, so Amazon stands behind the products for returns and warranties. But no way for a nicotine devices on Amazon. Just crazy.

Wow! That's a pretty far stretch. Trump didn't start anything, flavor and vape bans had been going on since the last administration, in case you're new to vaping. Trump did talk about flavor ban... months ago, and decided that wasn't a good move a couple of days later after a bit more data. But no, that was hardly the start. Go to the FDA section of ECF for a history.

After meeting with industry folks, both for and against, he has decided that the vaping industry needs to survive because for the right target, smokers, it's a benefit among other economic concerns. That's adult thinking and not the thinking of the crazed anti vapers. This is not politics like you are trying to make it. It's about a person with national position making an informed decision about a problem that affects us all...regardless of you political bent. A flavor ban for pre-fills makes good sense as a compromise because there is no ignoring the issue. It has to be addressed in some fashion because all the folks against vaping will not let this die. It also has the benefit that's probably the only action that would address the children vaping issue (if you believe such an issue exists or can even be curtailed) without denying adults being able enjoy vaping as they should be.

No one cares if you like Trump or are a Bernie-boi. It doesn't matter. This is an issue that affects us all and having someone take an active step towards reasonable resolution, with the authority to help that, is something we should all be thankful for. You can imagine how good this has made New Years 2020 for vape shop owners. At least this is a significant ray of hope for them.

Trump said it November 4th there's vid of it you can look up. By that afternoon NY, MI and other states had already fast tracked his plains. I always keep it 100% i voted for trump 3 years ago and i wasn't going to vote for him in 2020 if he didn't fix this mess but it seems that he's trying to fix this. I hope he does. ooo this isn't the only paper that did a story on this it was world news it was huge. It happened on nov 4 just punch in trumps e cig ban nov-4 and loads of write up of happy liberal and conservative news outlets did story's on this because lets face it they all hate us. But whatever lol
