I have been a pack smoker daily for the past 10 years and I haven't lit a stick since vaping last night. ✌
THANKS! I am really amazed how easy the transition has been. Hopefully it's not just a new faze to me.Hi @Tinksy and welcome to the forum. Congrats on your vape journey! I was in shock the first two weeks of vape the switch was so easy and pain free.
Good luck.
I really was surprised at the ease, and it just got better as I grew into vape. I stayed at my quit nic level for a month and then started cutting back on my nic level in steps to get to almost zero and cut the "urge" of nicotine. Now I vape for pleasure and relaxation.THANKS! I am really amazed how easy the transition has been. Hopefully it's not just a new faze to me.

Welcome; I smoked 2 pack a day for 30 years; switched to vape in 2013 with disposables, v-nanos, and ego's; now I mostly use an 18650 regulated mech at 5 to 15 watts and an rda that holds several millilitres.
What are you vaping with?
My friend bought a IPV D2 MOD and UD goblin mint tank for me. Took me thru VAP 101 lessons for a hr or so.
Welcome; I smoked 2 pack a day for 30 years;
You really smoked lot.
I'm not newbie on vaping but 6mg nicotine is much for me now. But for thread starter - all is only little time question, to go to 0 mg.

I'm vape with my eGrip on 1,2ohm 9,7W and 3,6v and I'm MTL (aka mouth to lung). My perspective is 0. with next part of own made juice I go down to 3mg.If you vape at 30 watts, 6mg would be strong; 3mg would be more popular at 30 watts.
Thanks Willy, they are right. VAPING is WAY BETTER than smoking!well done @Tinksy ... welcome to ECF![]()
