What about your family? The ones that you used to smoke around?

I've been down in bed the last couple of days from what I just figured out as part of the withdrawl symptoms of getting off analogs. My 12yo daughter has been good to take care of me. But I noticed something. She's been coughing more than usual lately. Then she made a comment about having to get used to going through some of the withdrawl symptoms right along with me. 2pad with her in the same small space. Am I looking at watching her go through some of those symptoms with me? She is kind of looking forward to this, since this means that mommy is getting off of the stinky cigs, but now it just hit me what kind of damage did I do to her?

Several years ago when I used to smoke in the house I had a similar revelation. I would wake up early and smoke a few at the computer before the kids would wake up. I would then open the windows, etc. Well one day I noticed the light coming in through a window and the clouds of smoke that were drifting around right at my 2 year old boys level. I was instantly ashamed at what I was doing and never smoked indoors again.
