Me too, tried to contact twice before no answer so I posted a new topic here about it. It's been 70 and 45 days since I placed orders, indeed is frustrating but I heard their support is good let's just hope they will reply us with a resolution soon

i am so sorry for the delayed reply to your orders. now all airmail to Brazil is extremely slow. what we know is that both of your order have left china. but we are not sure where they are now until they reach your country.

so we have to stop sending orders to your country until we are sure that airmail to your country is back to normal.

Oh too bad news but probably all this is only happening for the overwhelming amount of orders from China to Brazil on Christmas time. Maybe you guys could quit selling from November to February and go back to normal after the festive time? Just an idea because I'm sure the Brazilian market will be huge on this matter

yes. it is a very bad news for us too. we like orders from Brazil. so we will likely be open again to Brazil after our holiday in late Feb if our post office finish their huge backlog of packages via china airmail.

anyway, it is a good thing that airmail works well to Brazil for the most of a year.

I order lacefronts for my hair from China and the longest I've ever had to wait is 4 days and that's if a weekend is involved. I have been ordering for over 3 years from China vendors. They ship my items either by fed ex or ups. I always comment that I can get a shipment quicker from china than in the US. Maybe they just ship a different way. Just wondering.

i am sorry that we do not ship orders via Fedex or UPS now, because they refuse to deliver ejuice and Fedex and UPS are more expensive than EMS for small orders. so normally we send orders to the USA via china airmail or EMS.

if you want your order fast, i suggest you to choose EMS for your order.

I received an order from another supplier in China in 5 days thru EMS. This was 2 weeks ago.
