My points still haven't been transferred

On Sept. 7 I e-mailed asking for my points to be transferred. I even gave the order # (9897) and date.

On Sept. 17 I saw that there had been a problem with e-mails going directly to the programmer so I resent the e-mail including the fact that I had originally made the request 2 weeks earlier.

I then realized that it was Friday in the U.S. and EastMall would receive my e-mail on the Saturday immediately before two major Chinese holidays so I waited. I assume that National Day was long ago enough that they've had time to catch up on reading all e-mails. I just checked and my points still haven't been transferred.
