so looking at vaping hardware on ebay we all know that its is being bought and sold in MASS quantities. i have noticed that nicotine gum is allowed but elquid containing nicotine IS NOT allowed. doesnt that seem weird? they are almost the same thing from a risk and danger standpoint. i thought the policy was absolutely NO NICOTINE bought or sold on ebay. while i dont have a problem with they policy, i really dont think nicotine patches and gum should get a free pass. they really shouldnt be allowed either, in my opinion. well what do you guys think?

so the gum is approved by pharama and FDA so that makes it OK?? what a bunch of BS

Well it makes perfect sense. The FDA ensures the quality and contents of nicotine gum / patches, so eBay knows its customers won't get sick and sue them for having been sold crappy products. They can't ensure the same of ejuice so eBay doesn't want to carry the liability.

With so many knock offs being sold as the real thing on eBay I'm not so sure I'd want buy e-juice there. If I get scammed by a battery out clearomizer, I'm out a some bucks. If I get some juice with formaldehyde in it........ maybe my estate can sue someone?
