Built-in rechargeable battery lasts 2 - 3 days on a charge. Passthru ability. Powerful enough to recharge your cell phone in a pinch. No need to buy more batteries or a charger. Classy & elegant looking - not like something from a head shop or a woman's sex toy. Equally at home or out-&-about; pocket-friendly. Comfortable to hold & use. $50.

What about the atty's that will fit on the VTR? Will a Kayfun and a Ithaca or Terminator-C fit in the embedded mount? It was a serious consideration when I first looked into VV & VW pvd's, but wasn't available at the time. But thinking of one for a alternate for Xmass, but would need the larger rba's to fit.

Liked the MVP, but, don't like internal batteries, and the 11 watt limit is a big bummer, glad I didn't buy one since I currently vape at 15 watts.

yes, I agree, but the MVP has an internal battery, and only puts out 11 watts, personally, I don't vape that low, making the VTR a much better choice with it use of a 18650 rechargeable battery and it's 15 watts of power. Know 11 watts is enough for most middle of the road type atomizers, but go rba with a build that will wick like crazy, then 11 watts is just not enough. Heck I even tried a friends Aspire BDC at 15 watts, and it could handle it. Was amazed what a $10 tank could do. Blows the Protank clean out of the water. Not that I use a pt, but did when vaping on the ground floor.

Sorry, but you will never convince me to pay extra for a paint job. Wraps are to cheap, and you can swap them out as the mood suites you.

If I'm not mistaken, the Zombie is the same price as all other Provaris. Except the Satin Silver model, which is $20 cheaper. The Cerakote finish is not a paint job. I own firearms with the same coating. Well worth the $20, if you want durability and long lasting protection. And a small consideration when you're buying a relatively expensive product IMO.

Those wraps aren't always that cheap either. I ordered a textured tan ostridge for my Vamo 3 from JWraps on the 11th. $18.50. Finally got it Saturday and it's the wrong item. Black and I can't figure out what mod it's for. It has five sections, with one window cutout, and one button cutout.

best regards, larry mac

Alot of people say the Provari is "the best" and I agree that it is an excellent vv mod but you do not need to drop that much money for a good vv/vw mod when so many other brands have good mods for much cheaper. I currently use the Tesla and am very happy with that but have also had good experience with the itaste mvp. both are around 70 bucks and are excellent mods

I've been using an MVP V2 for the past couple months and just got a Provari last weekend. Both are fantastic. I feel like you're paying for the build quality and made-in-the-USA sticker on the Provari. Nothing wrong with that, it is built like a tank, but for quality of vape I'm sure you can find something you like and spend half as much money.

A factor when choosing a mod that seems to always get over-looked is the longivity factor. How long do I want my device to last?

As much as I love the MVP...it's probably the best bang for the buck...it has a built-in battery of unknown life expectancy. Once the battery dies, it's a throw-away. And the same can be said for any of the Chinese-made mods. Short warranty; after expiration there is no return for repair. They're a throw-away, too.

On the other hand, the Provari is made in the USA. It comes with a 1 yr warranty, with the option to purchase a second year if you want it. Even after the warranty expires, you can still get your Provari repaired for reasonable repair fees. Theoretically, your Provari can last as long as you want it to. Typical return time is only one week for repair. This was one of the major factors why I chose a Provari. It's an investment for the long term vapor.

Standard Service Repair Costs:

Replace Window and screws- $10.00
Replace Circuit Board - $65.00
Upgrade to V2 - $20.00
Replace plastic pushbutton - $5.00
Repairs to the circuit board - $25.00
Cleaning - $20.00
Replace top cap - $15.00
Broken Cartomizer Service - $10.00
Return shipping within the USA - $5.00
