Well in North Carolina ALL cigarettes are banned from bars and resturants and it takes effictive in janurary 1st 2010.. but I have not heard anything about the E cig being banned I hope they dont I just wanted to say something about it cause smoking real cigs is banned in bars and restuarnts now in NC... bummer! I just hope the e cig will still be here... Just wanted to say that... grrr!

now is the perfect time for you to get the word out about the e-cig. Since smoking is still allowed inside bars and restaurants you don't have to worry about offending anybody with your e-cig so you should hit as many spots as you can and show the bartenders/owners what it is and pump it up. You should also inform them that they have disposable ones they can sell which would be a hit after the ban.

A smoking ban doesn't bother me at all. The bar that I normally go to is non smoking anyway. I mostly vape outside on the patio. Funny thing is, my husband runs this bar. No smoking and they prefer no vaping. I just go to the bathroom to vape if I am inside. Shhhh Their thoughts are, if someone sees me vaping, they may light a cigarette thinking that I am smoking. I don't really see that being a problem, but oh well. I am not gonna rock the boat even with my Dh

I work in bars around loud music all the time I am about to head to it right now.. but the wrost part is the battery on these things they do not like loudness at all I mean I have a somewhat sound proof battery but the one that came with the kit does not like loudness but like the one with like gold stripes works ok better than the other one during loud music so you can of win lose in that type of situation but I think thats just out right stupid banning smoking in bars and like I can see that in resurants but not ****ing bars and marcb70 I have spoke to all the manigers at each bar I work at in charlotte.. and they all love it and think its a great idea.. I just hope the e cig will still be here I really do cause I really do not want to go to analogs.. lol queen I smoke in the bathroom all the time but when I work at a arena and I am on the floor I just cover the led with my hand and theres always cops near me and they dont even notice its great I do it all the time I really do prefer smoking my 401 inside you dont have to mess with the wind and stuff like that ight gotta go now.. just letting people know!
