Mini is serial 30. Magnetic switch I believe. I push it almost all the way in, and it makes great contact. The zenesis standard I just got off the classifieds has a much different feel to it. Spring switch if im not mistaken... I only have room to push it in a 1/4 of the way, max. It makes a solid connection, but I don't like the feel as much. Is it possible to adjust this? I tried turning the screw on the inside to lower the contact, but it was not budging. Any suggestions?
I like the button on zen mini better than zen standard...

DO NOT try to turn the screw that is inside the body tube! The screw on the switch can be taken out though. There is usually a washer under the screw head so make sure you don't lose that when you take it apart
If you are looking for an EASIER throw, try taking the spring out and bending it into a "C" (ends touching) a few times. If you are looking for a LONGER throw, you could try stretching the spring a bit, but I have not tried that and I doubt it would last. Sanding down the switch screw head will make a microscopic difference as well, and you could try backing the switch screw out a half turn or so also.
