So I'm pulling a Golden Girls Line:) Picture It, I am two days with out smokes and I call Safecig cause I only have enough refills maybe 5 days and I want to place an order. I go through all the crap and order 8 boxes of refills figuring a month with a few spares. We get to the end of the order and she says oh, I'm so sorry but I can't place this order for you because you live in California? I said I don't understand, why not? She tells me Prop 65. They need a front and back of my license. Get this, Customer service will not be open until Tuesday. Then it takes 24 to 36 hours to process my license. I about lost it. I was like Mike Tyson with the whole ear thing! LOL. I was ...... off and trust me I can and was vocal! (Poor Woman). I broke down. Tears and all. Like an addict that had to have her fix. An hour earlier I had ripped the husband apart. With that said I was crashing.. Needless to say I had a smoke. I am not going to lie, It was better than sex on a Sunday. LOL. However I am back to vaping. I know I messed up but I just felt like I could not win. After many calls I have found a store down the road that sells e-cigs and refills so as a backup until Safecig feels that I can order my stupid refills I will go in that direction. God help me I'm so frustrated and feel so alone. Tonight this really stinks. LOL. Hope you guys are having a good night:) Oh and thanks for reading this. I really needed to vent:) Now where did I put my SafeCig? LOL LOL

Hi Blinky! We've all gone through the nic fit, withdraw, stress, etc. Just thought I'd mention that you can get some nic juice in a bottle and refill the cart. I know there are places in california, like tasty vapor that should have no problems shipping to you. Then you wouldn't have to go through all the stress of running out of refills! It's more cost effective to refill too.

I had this problem as well, when I first started looking for eCigs to order. As a matter of fact, I missed the bullet when I tried to order Blu. Ended up ordering from another vendor and got (imho) better PV.

One thing to have as a "back-up" Walgreens sells Blu disposables - both tobacco flavor and menthol. They are even better than the Blu Kit eCigs. $8.99 - pretty much like buying a pack of smokes, without the poison and tar, however.

Cheers!

I gave it a ton of thought and I am wondering if it's because SafeCig is based in Beverly Hills, CA. Maybe because they work in California they somehow have to conform to this rule. I better not get a tax form from the state at the end of this. Looking up blu cigs! LOL Maybe I need to find another vape... Thanks for info:)

Thanks for the support all:) I am still a bit fuzzy on how to use the juice. I need to go onto you tube and check it out. wanted all to know that i woke up this A.M. and was coughing. Yesterday Morning when I woke up I was Tobacco free I was NOT coughing. It gave me GREAT pause that one Tobacco cigg could bring that cough back. Feeling pretty stupid. I am buying a piece of property today and I know my mind gets a little slow off Tobacco so I'm a little stressed. But I figure best not to put to much thinking on the fact that this is a e-cig and just think of it as my-cig:) Tonight The (smoking) family is all going to the smoking casino for dinner. I'm going to hold my head up high and stroll in with my clean smelling e-cig in hand.

One analog cigarette for a stressful event isn't anything to worry about. And the coughing is just part of withdrawal. It takes the body a while to get over not having all that crap poured into the lungs. There will be good and bad days but it gets better the longer you can go without.

For many of us it took weeks before we were smoke free. During that time we also had 'problems' with our e-cigs in several different ways. It takes some time to work out all the bugs and get spares and extra juice.

Thanks:) You are right about it taking time. I think I think about it too much. If that makes any sense? Instead of appreciating the fact that I am holding what looks like a cigg, acts like a cigg, and tastes like a cigg, all I am focused on is it's not a cigg. For me it's a mind game. I need to chill out and just relax appreciate the fact that this is not a cold turkey thing. My grandmother died of full blown lung cancer (Both lungs completely full) at the age of 57. She died at home on her couch. Very sad. I am 41 and I want to sit in the rocker with my hubby and watch our boys have children of there own:) I'm worth it:) And so are they:) Sometimes I think sometimes we focus to much on what we don't have and not enough on what we do have. I'm going to stop putting pressure on myself and just do my personal best:) This forum really helps:)

From what I've heard (and experienced), flu-like symptoms and a little foggyheadedness happen to a lot of people. I personally felt like pure crap off and on for a couple of days, but it will pass. There's a couple thousand chemicals in cigarettes, and it takes time for the body and brain to adjust to not being exposed to them.
